+ -1 moreOur AC went out in the evening. I took a chance and called Bob's at 7:00PM, and to my surprise a person answered the phone. I gave them my problem and was told someone would call me in the morning. A technician, Jessie, was at my house by 8:30AM, spotted the problem right away and fixed it. My AC was up and running by 9:00AM. Amazing service!!! P.S. I'm the second owner of the AC that Bob's installed back in 2018. Jessie told me the warranty is still valid for me until 2028. Jessie was professional, friendly, and informative. Thank you, Jessie and wBob's AC and Regrigeration.
Description of Work: The cost below included a maintenance agreement of $189. I paid for a part but the work was covered under the warranty.

Description of Work: Called them in reference to recent repair work they did on a property which I am purchasing. Their office staff were very helpful and informative as to what was done and the appropriate methods to maintain the equipment to avoid problems in the future. I was positively impressed and the Home Inspector which I have engaged told me they are a very solid company who do A grade work.

Description of Work: Checked a/c and diagnosed bad compressor. Recommended a new unit. All of this was correct. The negative was the way the tech left the system after he made the estimate, loose screws, panels, etc. So I decided to go with a different company for the new unit as the workmanship seemed less than desirable. In the past, Bob's has been very helpful. May have been just the one technician that gave me a bad impression.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate. Salesperson was unkempt and not knowledgeable about the financing and product, repeatedly went to his vehicle to phone management. Lowest quote but I was not the least bit impressed.
