John did a great job. He was very thorough and clearly explained all items found and broke them down into easy to understand categories for cosmetic, maintenance, minor, etc. He also explained all the positive features I wouldn't have known about such as insulation type and wind strapping to give me comfort in our purchase. Very pleasant, professional, and qualified. I would absolutely use John again.

It went really well. He was prompt and very thorough. I had inspections done before but never like this one. He really check for everything that was or what was not working. The next day he sent a very detailed report with pictures. Very satisfied with the quality of the work done as well as the price. Highly recommend him.

I've used a lot of inspectors over the years through my business of investing in real estate. Mike is extremely thorough. He discovered a hidden structural issue in one building that saved me a ton of money. The thing that separates Mike from other inspectors is that he knows construction techniques and materials for every area from roof to foundation better than any other inspector I've ever used. For example with the windows, Mike was able to tell me exactly what grade of windows I had, their advantages, disadvantages, what they're expected life is, how they were typically sealed/flashed based on the practices of the year they were installed, etc. Mike also didn't make a huge deal about every issue, because every building has issues. There's a lot of inspectors who charge more, have less knowledge, and are not nearly as thorough.

Mike is a really reasonable guy who is able to see the big picture. He showed up on super short notice and got my complicated work done when others just wanted to add headache.
