We have bought two homes through them and have referred them to different family members who all enjoyed working with them. The seller on the property we were looking at lived out of state, we negotiated the sale over the phone. We were able to get the price we wanted AND we closed within 2 weeks. Brenda got the ball rolling, took responsibility to get it all done quickly and with top notch services.

When I first met Brenda she said we would be closing by the end of August. Well she had us in contract within 4 days and closed by the end of July! She had contingencies removed and got us $20,000 above appraisal! Brenda is friendly,very knowledgeable and professional.Brenda always looked out for my best interest! The purchasing of our home turned out well in the end. It was a difficult process, due to complications on the seller's side. So much so, that I thought there would not be a closing. However, Brenda's can-do attitude and hard-work payed off for us in the end. She took on the responsibilities of two realtors and had to keep all parties on their toes (listing agent, title company, and loan guy). I'll explain: Brenda was with us during the inspections on the home as well as for the final walk-through, simple things that were only complicated by the listing agent's inability to secure a way for us to enter (no key? really?) as well as the listing agent's unwillingness to participate in these basic events. Kudos to Brenda for gracefully getting us through to closing! Other issues included paperwork for closing that was not ordered in a timely fashion by the title company, so a new closing date had to be set which meant a new loan package had to be completed. I'm certain that Brenda spent a far above average amount of time speaking with the listing agent and title company and loan guy to get us into our home. I'm not sure anyone else would have pulled it off so well.

She was very helpful and took me through numerous homes and was never impatient. She is good at giving her assessment very honest and also very caring.

My wife and I contacted Brenda to review options for selling our house as we want to move back to another state where my wife's family lives. Brenda came to our appointment on time and well-prepared, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately due to the current market, we aren't able to sell our home or even do a short-sale. So after reviewing those options, she brought up the rental option and referred us to a few property managers that she knew. We ended up going with one of these property managers and we appreciate her for that! So even though we weren't able to sell our house, Brenda was still instrumental in helping us to our end goal. She went out of her way after we decided on renting to still answer questions and help us. Also, she was very professional and was a joy to work with! We highly recommend her!

See above remarks about Brenda's help. Also,with the wonderful help of trachel (assistant for Monica Hulzing) in showing me what I requested to see as soon as I felt that I needed to. I now have to decide quickly(by Monday) if I want this particular condo that I have been approved of today (ok, but not my first choice). I am now awaiting the answers from the two other owners/real estate agents as to whether or not I can be approved before I have to make a decision to commit myself to a recent approval on a condo that I chose as a second/third choice. Per my request,I asked trish if she would call those owners and get an answer to me ASAP. She said she would try to get in touch with them so that I can see my first/second choice again and do the necessary paperwork to try to be approved before I have to reply Monday as not to hold up the condo for another renter. After requesting to see the first and second condo, I started to have the need to see the third condo again. I am glad I did because the overall looks ,size,sq. ft.and cost was much better for me in all aspects.

Overall I give Brenda my highest possible rating! Things went smooth from start to finish.

When we first decided to purchase a home we gave a realtor ( her name I will not mention ) a price range and description of what we were looking for. The agent took us to look at property and she showed us homes out of our price range and nothing of what we described. We decided she was not the right agent for us so we were then on the hunt for the right real estate agent and we found her Brenda Godsey. We originally purchased our first home from Brenda Godsey in 1992. At our first meeting with her we gave her a price range and a description of what we were looking for just as we did with the other agent. Within one week Brenda found the house we were looking for. She was on a listing appointment and after seeing the house she immediately knew it was exactly what we were looking for. We went to see the property and immediately knew it was the right house for us and we put an offer in on the house. We have since purchased two other homes with her. The most recent in May 2011. With purchasing any property issues always arise especially in this market. Brenda's background in banking and over 20 years in Real Estate is invaluable in today's market. Quickly resolved any issues that arise and always looks out for our best interest. She is a great negotiator, communicator and great problem solver. we purchased our new home on March 18, 2011. We were under contract negotiations November 2010 to about two weeks prior to closing. The sellers bank was incredibly demanding and caused many delays of the transaction. Our agent, Brenda worked diligently to keep things moving forward thru her negotiations and constant follow up. Now we own our dream home which made the length of our process all worth it in the end
