+ -1 moreAnthony was wonderful! He came out right away even though it was late in the day. I was thinking I needed a new unit and he told me not at this time. He replaced the part, which he even went back to the shop to get. I was impressed by this because he did not make me wait until the next morning. My unit is almost 30 years old so we discussed different options. He told me he would be happy to come out again when I am ready to replace my unit. I will be calling him back again! Thank you Anthony! PK

+ -1 moreI called Anthony late afternoon on a Friday. When he called me back, I described the situation to him. He told me he was certain it was an installation problem and if it wasn't an emergence he would let me know on Monday when he could come take a look at my unit. Monday morning Anthony called at 8:30AM and said I would be scheduled for service Wednesday morning between 8:00AM and 8:30AM. He was very prompt arriving and very professional going about his work. Anthony really knew the equipment he was working on. Any questions I had, he answered and never gave me a short brush off answer. He asked my wife for something he could use as a drop cloth, so he wouldn't make a mess on the carpet. After completing the work, he was very through cleaning up any mess he did make, which wasn't much. To date there hasn't been any water leaking in the room!
Description of Work: Daikin wall unit was not installed properly and condensate water was dripping into the room. Rerouted the internal drain hose and replaced some of the PVC drain piping. Insulated the copper tubes that were exposed and humidity was condensing on them, dripping water internally onto the case and then onto the carpet. Checked humidity reading upstairs in our bonus room, which also had a Daiken unit installed on the wall and found it wasn't dehumidifying properly. Determined unit wasn't sized properly and was too many BTU's for the size of the room, therefore it cycled too quickly and didn't run long enough to dehumidify the area. Suggested replacing unit that was 12,000 BTU with smaller unit. We haven't done that yet.

+ -1 moreOver the past 4 years I have used Anthony at Aslan for all my Air Conditioning and Heating needs. Four years ago he removed an antiquated A/C system and installed a new large Daikin System at my Inn which was quite complicated and yet he managed all the difficulties of working in an historic building without any issues. If there is ever a question I may have or something that needs to be addressed Anthony responds immediately and if he needs to come he is there as soon as is possible. After such a positive experience we then used Anthony to install the Air Conditioning and Heating System in our newly built home. Again, he did an expert job. I would highly recommend Aslan and Anthony for any Air Conditioning and Heating needs.
