Geoff and his team at Lockhart Realty are amazing. Geoff worked with us for several months as we traveled all over the bay area until we found our dream home. Our first contact with Geoff was in August 2013 and we finally closed on our house 2 days before Christmas; just in time for Santa to bring presents for the kids! Geoff spent a lot of time showing us many houses. Knowing we were on a time crunch to insure we were out of our rental by the end of the year, on several occasions he arranged for us to see multiple houses in one day. He also rearranged his schedule one or twice to better accommodate our request. It was as if he were extended family during this process. The only down side to living in our dream home after closing is not having more interactions with Geoff. Geoff also has a great team at Lockhart Associates and Michele, the closing coordinator was amazing to work with. She didn't mind me asking a hundred questions during this process. If she wasn't sure of the answer, she was able to get the answer for me fairly quickly. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a home; whether a first time homebuyer (like us) or looking to upgrade or downsize. Geoff and his team will be there for you!!
