Description of Work: Contractor handed us off to a sub-contractor which did not follow up. We were happy with most of the work that was finished but communication was not good.

+ -1 moreWe had a leak not too far from the top of the roof into one of the bedrooms. They found a couple screws loose on the vent. It was in pretty bad shape as it was lifted up but they slowed it down, but it didn’t stop the leak. I called them back and they came out the next day and repaired it at no cost. They did a really thorough job. Now it’s completely fixed! They back-up their work with a guarantee and they are very efficient. I was very pleased with them. The guy is really friendly and answers all your questions. He also explains everything he did and why he did it. This was the best experience of a roof repair I’ve ever had. It was well worth the money!

He always answered our phone calls and even called us to make sure we were happy with what was happening. We did not have to do a thing in pulling permits or inspections, he did this all for us. Description of Work: House and separate garage were done in this roofing job. This was considered a large job and was handled with great professionalism. They ran into several problems but overcame them and continued on. They did a very good job and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a great roofing job.
