+ -1 moreWe had contacted the other concrete designer to let him know how dissatisfied we were on what was happening with the paint and clear coat work he did. The other concrete design company said nothing could be done. Robert came in and absolutely fixed what the other company wouldn't fix. We believe the other company didn't want to put out the money to fix it. Robert arrived when he said, gave us a very fair estimate, did the work and we were astounded at the beautiful work he did. We have placed a call to the other company to not step foot on our property again. Robert will now have all our business. Robert also pressure washed the front of our house removing mud daubbers, and pressure washed our back porch and screen. I would not contact another company for this service. The price was fair for all the work that was done and in the Florida heat, it was well worth the money having someone else doing the work. Robert is a gentleman and a hard, dedicated worker. I'm very impressed with his attention to detail and promptness.
Description of Work: Robert fixed a decorative concrete job that another concrete company did. Robert pressure washed my RV port as well as my gutters, front of house and large porch.

Description of Work: Mr. Petrie failed to read every sentence in the email I sent him from my Home Owner'sAssociation (HOA) explaining that the project is approved BUT the driveway apron is county property so it must remain unpainted. I didn't think I needed to reiterate this clause because this is Mr. Petrie's profession and of course he knows city/county rules. So, when I came home to see his wonderful job I was shocked to see he painted the apron as well. When I brought this to his attention it became a LONG struggle to "do the right thing". And he did NOT do the right thing. He did not give me a $371 refund for the area he painted that WAS NOT APPROVED....PLUS...my apron is forever an eyesore due to the paint removal process. what a headache this guy has caused me. And now, he refuses to repair the cracks...the same crack he supposedly repaired before painting...he says....there is no way to repair cracks. He's in the wrong business. He's a crook and his product doesn't last. RUN AWAY!
