+ -1 moreThey told me it was fixed and sent me home with my computer. I couldn't use my computer when I got it home and hooked it up. I took it back to them and they wanted another $600 to upgrade and install all of the software to get my computer properly functioning! Why didn't they tell me this upfront? I threw the old fried computer away and bought a new one. I feel like I wasted $300 for them to do nothing helpful to my computer.
Description of Work: My house was struck by lightening and all of my electronics were fried. I wanted to see what was wrong with my computer. They said they could fix it for $300.00.
