About us

Diversified Property Specialists, Inc. was founded by C. Lee Lobban, MAI and his wife Gaye Lobban in 1995. In 2001, they hired long time employee and associate appraiser, Kristin Rabatine. Deana Chaney came on board as a researcher and office assistant in 2007. Together we are a small but mighty team, dedicated to providing residents and business professionals of Central and Northeast Florida with quality and reliable real estate appraisal and consulting services.

We provide a wide range of real estate appraisal services including but not limited to market value appraisal reports, insurable value appraisal reports, appraisal review reports, and expert witness testimony. We specialize in eminent domain/condemnation appraisals and are available to both the public and private sector.

We do not provide real estate sales or rental services.
