House looks great; on the surface. We've lived her for about 3 months. In that time: 1. We've had painters out twice to touch up the touch ups from the poor quality interior painting done. 2. We've had to have an AC company out to re-work the AC duct work because the air flow was so uneven in the home. 3. We've had an electrician out because the power died in the laundry area. He said the wiring installation was very poorly done; wires not properly connected. He stated he's seen that a lot with this builder because "they're just throwing them up." No way to tell if there are more, similarly installed outlets. 4. We've had a plumber out twice to fix a leak in the kitchen sink. He said the leak was due to the poor workmanship with the initial installation. Today we discovered the caulking seperating in the master shower at the base of the wall. I'm guessing there is water undermining the floor of the shower. All this? In three months? Unexceptable. Dont' evern THINK about letting them build your home.
