The whole experience from setting up the appointment and the cleaning of our carpets was a good experience. Tracy Covel and his team were professional, great at what they do, and got the job done in a timely manner. We had been dreading having our carpet cleaned and all the preparation it takes in doing this project. ClareKare Carpet Cleaning made this project such a positive experince. We have already recommended them to others!

We have been very fortunate to be customers of Clarkare for over 20 years. This is a family owned business with a solid history of excellence in worrkmanship in our area. Obviously we did not find Clarkare through Angie's List but were pleased to see It listed here. We are amazed there are not more reviews for Clarkare and we are correcting this omission. Tracy's customer base is created by word of mouth by appreciative customers who have been using Clarkare consistently for many years. Watching Tracy and Johnny work together is poetry in motion. They arrive promptly, review what items need to be cleaned, and set to work. Tracy is extremely knowledgable about fabrics and rugs. He will advise you upfront if there could be a problem with an item you have asked him to clean. A more honest and humble individual in this field would be difficult to find. We highly recommend Clarkare without any reservation. You will not be disappointed.

We have been using Clarkare Carpet Cleaning since 1997. He has always been very professional and has cleaned carpets that I thought to be ruined. He came again today and once again cleaned our carpets that were looking terrible and now they look almost new! We have found him to have very high standards and extremely fair to deal with.

Tracy, the owner called about 20 minutes before arriving to tell us that they were on their way. Upon arriving, he had us show him the area to be cleaned and explained what we could expect from his service. We had just moved into this home and wanted the carpets cleaned before we had our furniture moved in. There were several large stains in the living area and Tracy was careful to show us the areas and tell us what could be expected from the cleaning process. The stains came out better that I expected.

He has been doing our carpet cleaning for about 10 years now. It is a small operation. He is excellent. We have slowly been moving to tiles so he hasn't done as much but he is very professional and reasonable. He does good quality work. We don't deal with people who are not good because we don't have time for that.
