About us

Blue Heron Property Inspections is a home and property inspection company that puts the home buyer first. I will inspect your (potential) home as if it were my own. I complete detailed reports that document all my findings. I take time to explain why there is a issue, what does it mean and how to correct the issue. I love it when the home buyer walks with me during the inspection so I can also show in person any issues with the home.

Travis went above and beyond in inspecting property I'm in the process of purchasing. I am from Ar and not only did he do a great job of inspection he also took the time to explain a few things that we do not have in my area. He also helped me locate reliable contacts for other aspects of my purchase. A lot of people just want to be paid and not answer questions but I never had a problem getting into contact with Travis about anything. I also let my real estate dealer know what a great job he did and he assured me he would be calling Blue Heron inspections in the future. So if you need an in depth inspection Call Travis.
Description of Work: Travis was great and very prompt with getting detailed reports to me. He even went back to finish because 1 utility did not get turned on when it was scheduled .

Travis was terrific. He was professional and friendly and took the time to explain each step of the way what was going on with every aspect of our home. He spent the time to make sure everything was done correctly and pointed out the price of every update or fix. The price was more than fair compared to others in the area. I would absolutely hire him again. He sent a comprehensive report with pictures that I really appreciated.
