EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! !! Being a young first time home buyer this process is EXTREMELY overwhelming! Choosing a the right home inspector was CRUCIAL to me because lets face it the job he did would ultimately determine whether or not I would be making the biggest purchase of my life thus far. I am Confident that I made the right choice going with Greg! With only one days notice Mr. Bell was early to our appointment taking pictures as soon as he stepped out of his car, He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable he completed the home inspection, the pest/wood destroying organism inspection, and the wind mitigation inspection for me in Two hours (1376 sq ft). His report was accessible the very next day on his website, pictures were clear and enlargeable with the click of a mouse. The report was easy to read and maneuver. If you need to get a home inspection and your reading this review you are as intimidated by this process as I was LOOK NO FUTHER the reviews about Mr. Bell are all accurate and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Greg was great! We were needing an inspection for a home we had just put a contract on. Many of the inspectors I contacted were unable to schedule me within the same week or they had to bring in a 3rd party for the WDO inspection costing more money. Greg was able to meet with us within the same week and carefully combed over the entire house for both home inspection and WDO. My husband and I also appreciated that he took the time to educate us on details that as new home owners we needed to know about.

I needed to do a home inspection quickly, so when I contacted Greg he was able to do the inspection the next day. He showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of the house, explained all his findings, and had the report available the day after. He seemed very knowledgeable and had some great advice to fix some of the minor things he found. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Bell was contacted to perform a townehome inspection at our new purchase in the Orlando, FL area. He arrived on time, but was not able to gain electronic access to the property. He continued to wait until the real estate agent arrived, but no one could gain access to the property. He was kind enough to return the next day, and after a short wait gained access to the property. He performed a complete, thorough and comprehensive inspection of the propety from the roof to the lower level of the home. The analysis of all the components was very thorough. He took the time during the inspection to point out all of the defects that he discovered, accompanied by a complete explanation and any suggestions. He was very professional and timely. We received the report within 24 hours of completion. Mr. Bell's inspection was one of the best I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate to contact him again to perform a similar task.

I contacted Mr. Bell 4 days prior, for inspection of an older (1992) full "brick" home. Mr. Bell is a man of few words, but as far as I can tell he was on-time, thorough and took his time to perform a full inspection on the property and all items of concern. He pointed out things that both my wife and I had not noticed, and differentiated things that were truly important from those purely cosmetic. At the end of the inspection he gave us a summary consistent with his detailed report and provided advice on things that needed immediate attention vs. things that needed to be fixed in due time. Overall a positive experience. Price was acceptable and representative of the services provided based on the amount of time spent on the property. One further thing, come payment time and after he had provided his summary my CC was blocked by my provider (for fraud protection due to payment with cube). Mr. Bell told me not to worry and directed me to just pay via Paypal when I got home. I did this that same evening and the report was ready next day in the AM (less than 24 hours). So yes, I would both use him and recommend him again.

I have had several home inspections in my life and this one was great. I was present during the inspection as well as my Realtor. Mr. Bell was thorough and looked at everything and shared in plain English what he found and what might be involved in repairing the issues he did find. I was impressed and will use him again when purchasing another home.

Mr. Bell responded with an appointment very quickly; was very thorough in the process; reviewed findings in person at the location and rendered a clear, detailed report online with many clear pictures by the next morning. Very patient with all questions that we had.

Greg, did a great job! He showed up on time on the right date. He made it very easy to work with him - even delivers an electronic report. I love that!!!! He is organized and had all the tools needed for the inspection. He found an issue with one of our brand new HVAC units - that finding alone made the cost of his inspection worth it. Because it can be fully fixed before we ever close on the home. Greg also found things I totally missed...again cannot see the forest through the trees. It went very well. This is our first home purchase and Greg made the inspection process informative. He responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He was accommodating when we needed to reschedule for personal reasons. During the inspection Greg took his time and was thorough with every part of the home. He made me aware of things I could take care of on my own. He also recommended other service providers for things outside his area of expertise. I respect when professional tells me they don't know something rather than BSing me with an answer. I would recommend Bell Inspections to any and all.

He was very thorough in the inspection. He checked the entire house from top to bottom. He provided us with some very professional service and advice along with pictures of all his findings and details how to address the issues. I have been involved with a handful of home inspections over the years. I have participated in every one I have had for the homes I have been in. Greg Bell is definitely a well-seasoned professional. He is thorough and informative. He was flexible with his availability and shows up on time. Greg covered all of the major home systems and is able to customize his inspection to your location. He does not use a "cookie cutter" or "template" method or approach. I now have a very intimate knowledge of the home I am buying. I would like to add that I am an aviation maintenance professional. If Greg can hold up to my level of scrutiny, he can handle anybody! This is the first time I have ever submitted a review of a home inspector.

Mr. Bell was very professional and provided a basic home inspection for us. However, he was Not very specific on inspection of air conditioning unit which we have found is filled with mold and in really bad shape which could be seen by the naked eye and was never mentioned in his report. This would have been good to know because we are having to replace and it is very costly. He however was very punctual and personable and seemed to know a lot about home inspections. He was also fairly priced for his services when compared to other providers. We would recommend his services again.

Mr. Bell was flexible with his scheduling, responsive to my questions, completely up front about all of the issues he encountered, showed me some simple fixes that could be done to some trouble areas, and used both handheld and online technology resources that streamlined the whole process. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would use his services again.

Greg is fantastic! We were in the process of buying our house and needed an independent home inspector that would work on our behalf. I contacted Greg through email to see if he could fit us in and was pleasantly surprised that he could get out here on short notice. When we pulled up to the house to meet him, he was already here and inspecting the outside. He is VERY thorough in what he does. We called Greg Bell to come and do an inspection on a home that we had been renting for two years and were now purchasing. He accommodated a schedule change necessitated by a delay in roof installation. He showed up on time and both spoke and looked like a professional. He did a thorough inspection of the house, finding all the issues that were known to us and a couple which were not (that were not serious). He threw in a wind mitigation report for no charge and gave us a discount as it was a relatively easy inspection. I would happily recommend him and use him again.

Greg was punctual and we had a brief discussion about how he was going to go about doing the inspection. He said that it was my choice if I wanted to follow him around but that he would come and get me if he felt there was something I needed to personally see. Overall it took about 2 hours from roof, to garage, to the pool equipment and irrigation system. Greg obviously had a well-honed technique as our paths crossed a few times but he was pretty busy. I was busy taking photographs! Afterwords Greg reviewed with me the pictures he had taken with his tablet and included recommended or possible solutions. Everything we discussed was n the report which he had e-mailed to me the next morning. This also included the termite inspection results and the wind mitigation recommendations. The mold inspection will be ready the following Wednesday. Overall a great experience. Greg is easy to talk to and was very patient with my questions.

On recommendation from Angie's List, we selected Greg Bell for our home inspection. He agreed to do the job on a Saturday. He was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He took about 2 hours to complete his inspection and then went over the results with us and answered any questions we had. The next day we received the final report including a Wind Damage Assessment completed form for the insurance company. Our realtor, who was present, was impressed and would definitely recommend Greg in the future.

Mr. Bell saved my hide on the first house I hoped to buy, as his free mold inspection revealed a LOT of mold in the place. Only a little was visible, and I was hoping it was treatable, but the mold report kicked it over the line. I am so grateful he offers this service, and I've already called him for the second contract I now have and look forward to more of his quiet professional timely work

I was purchasing a short sale home and was unable to give Greg a firm date as to when the inspection was going to take place but he was very flexible and accommodating. Once we had a firm date for the inspection he fit me into his schedule with no problem. Greg was extremely punctual to the point that I was there 10 minutes early and he was already there and getting ready to inspect the home. My Father had very recently had a home inspection done so I brought him along so he could observe and help me to know what's what. Greg did an extremely thorough job to where both my father and I were extremely impressed with everything he looked at, tested for and informed me of. He did more that just inspect the home, he educated me on his findings to include how to tell the age and size of an HVAC system. Due to items he found about the home I was able to back out of the home purchase and thus save thousands of dollars in repairs and potential problems. The detailed report he gave me included pictures of the problem areas as well as detailed information on each issue. Both my father and I were very pleased with the documentation and the amount of detail included there-in. I will definitely utilize his services again and would recommend him to anyone for a home inspection with zero reserve and complete confidence that he will do an amazing job!

I credit Greg with helping me purchase the correct house for me. We began with a home that had several problems easily identified by Greg. He carefully explained the problems to me and even had to professionally correct the listing agent of the property on some issues. This property went into short sale and eventually foreclosure. I moved on to the next possibility and again called Greg. He was only there a short while and took me aside and asked me not to purchase this property and again carefully and patiently explained to me the reasons why. I am thankful for his honesty and expertise because that property would have been a nightmare. Finally I found another home which Greg inspected and it passed his tough criteria.

Greg was very professional from start to finish. He asked me immediately what my main concerns were with regards to the house. He told me up front how he works and so I understood the process. I mostly kept out of his way and took my own pictures and such and at the end he showed me pictures and gave explanations on things that I should do immediately after moving in. He also explained some ways to add cost-savings to the house (install thermal fan in the roof to extend the life). He was friendly and meticulous in his work. I would definately use him again. My realtor even mentioned that Greg performed one of the best inspections that he'd seen and that he will be recommending Bell Inspection to his clients from now on.
