I got them from Angie’s List and I was very satisfied with them. I explained the problem to him on the phone and he said it was not a problem and he came out within 2 days. He spent approximately two hours here and fixed everything. I was delighted to have everything working again. It was basically re-wiring and he also supplied one small component which was part of the price. He was very punctual in setting an appointment, very knowledgeable, and provided the service in a timely manner. He called me to say he was going to be a little late but that was not a big deal.

Initially when I called Melvin I was in the midst of calling several companies, no of which answered as it was a Saturday. Not only did Melvin answer his phone when I called, he immdeistaley came over to do the walk through and scope of work. All I can say is Melvin exhibited a "yes I can attitude" about everything I asked him to do for me. In a couple of the locations Melvin managed to pull wires to places other contractors told me were impossible or they would not do. He and his partner Norman spent several hot days in my attic and did not complain about the heat at all. They showed up on time, came back when they said they would and overall it was a great experience.
