I found that my Water Heater Tank was leaking early Saturday morning. I left a message with Alligator's Call Service right before 8 am, and Eric called me within 10 minutes. He stopped by and gave me an Estimate. I gave him the go-ahead, and he went to the Shop a few miles away to pick up the new supplies and equipment. Eric finished before Noon, and it was extremely hot in the garage. He did a great job, and I'm very happy it was done in a timely manner, since I had surgery the day before. Kudos 👏 to Alligator Plumbing!

Alligator plumbing has a topshelf service team with an incredible work ethic . Our remodel is already considerably past the original deadline. We have had to reschedule a family event twice already, which is now scheduled for tomorrow, July 9th 2022. Chris (topshelf plumber #1) showed up onsite and I met him in the driveway. When I saw he was alone I asked him if he was working by himself because of how much work there was to complete; 3 Sink hookups, 2 garbage disposals, refrigerator water line, dishwasher, pot filler and the gas line for the range. When Chris heard how much there was to do and that our family gathering is tomorrow, he made a couple phone calls and 3 other topshelf plumbers showed up within the hour. JUNIOR😉, Lee and Sean.This was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and these incredible men busted everything out in under 3 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how hard it is in today's craziness to find a company who cares, let alone one who's employees strive to be the best. My meter was reading up to 20000 gallons of water used in an empty house, obviously there was a leak. I called the first company , they detected the leak , and wanted to charge a huge amount to repair it. Another company had recommended Alligator Plumbing so I called , Frank came out the same day, told me where the problem was and fixed the leak and installed a new shut off valve. Just talking to him I was reassured that this was a man that knew what he was talking about. I have stored the number, if I ever , God forbid, need a plumber again , I will call Alligator Plumbing and ask for Frank, he's the real deal

We will not call anyone again for plumbing related needs. We had to reschedule unexpectedly and the office was very accommodating. Our water heater was replaced and all cleanup was professional.

Great response. Rushed to site and got water off and installed faucet. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes before arrival (just to get dressed and drive) but got there even quicker than that. Very upfront about costs of emergency service and wanted me to acknowledge this. Really was professional and great about no hidden costs and really rushing to this emergency..

Great. Fixed in 15 minutes. the plumber told me what was wrong and how he would fix it, and then did so promptly. He was polite and cleaned up after himself.

It went excellent. They arrived on time, and when another guy who worked for the company had extra time, he showed up and helped as well.

Bathroom toilet was draining slowly and air was backing up when water was flowing into other drains. The tech was unable to find an obvious problem (i.e. a clogged pipe) and suspected a dirty septic tank filter. Tech cleaned the filter and water flow to the drainfield was increased. Hopefully this will solve the problem. The entire process only took about an hour; however, the cost was $195. I feel that was a little on the expensive side. The lesson learned was to find out the cost before any work is performed.

I use Alligator Plumbing Supply & Service Corp. They were here July 29th. I called it in and they were busy but I turned off the water.

It went as well as it possibly could. They performed the work timely and professionally and at the price they originally quoted. No surprises. Simply put, they did everything they said they were going to do, and did them well. Special recognition goes to Frank, who's extensive experience and calm, friendly demeanor made this anxious situation seem rather routine. I highly recommend Alligator Plumbing.

Though this was a Saturday service call, the provider returned my phone call and arrived at my house within 2 hours. His work was perfect and efficient... not to mention very neat! I will always call this company when I need plumbing service.

Shawn was a pro. It was tough to get the old faucet out and it's a Corian sink, so you had to use care not to crack it, but Shawn managed it and the new faucet is perfect. The diverter and shower pipe solved two big leak problems for us. He also gave us some good advice about our bathroom sink faucets. We had a very positive experience.

Travis, the plumber, sent by Alligator Plumbing of Titusville, Florida arrived exactly on time at 0830 AM and started work immediately. He prepped the work area, and answered a few of my questions. Travis was polite and very professional while working. After he removed the old faucet and stops (beneath the sink), he soldered on the new ones and then attached my new faucet. Once Travis finished connecting everything, he cleaned up all the mess, and even left things looking neater than when he arrived. Everything worked perfectly. I am writing this review five days later just to make sure there were no problems. The water even tastes better. No leaks nor needing to play with the faucet to get it to stop leaking like the one that was replaced. The previous kitchen faucet was a Delta which we put to good use for 23 years. So I guess the old kitchen faucet served its purpose. It fact, Instead of having it rebuilt three years ago, I should have replaced it at that time. I should point out that I bought a Moen Arbor Chrome 7594C Kitchen Faucet (I bought it through Alligator Plumbing for $275 which they had ordered directly from Moen). In summary, I am sure glad and relieved that my old annoying leaking corroded kitchen faucet and stops are a thing of the past, and I am very pleased with my new Moen Arbor Kitchen Faucet, and the professional installation performed by Alligator Plumbing. I learned the hard way not to do that kind of work myself as I always tend to mess things up. For some folks, it pays in the long run to go with a professional. I'm happy I had Travis from Alligator Plumbing of Titusville Florida do the this job.

Two plumbers arrived on time in the early morning, ~ 8:45. One fixed a toilet and replaced the clothes washer valves while the other replaced my 29+ year old hot water heater. I mostly stayed out of the way. I've dealt with them before (Travis, the plumber who works for Alligator). Always prompt, give a quote beforehand and stick to it (haven't yet found more to do that would up the estimate).

No service provide as promised! Never call them again!

The two men, Frank and his helper arrived at the approximate time I was told when I called in for service the day before. They were very knowledgeable about how the drains were set up in the kind of house that we have and went after the clogged drain in several ways (tried the easiest way, didn't work, so went to "plan B" and then "plan C") until they got the job done right. Frank then told me of the potential problems in the future and we talked about what work might be done in the future (in a way that getting into and out of the blocks would be done so it didn't look like anything had been done), and also how that change might best be done when we install a drain in the garage in the future. The sink leak was taken care of quickly, and then Frank and his helper went to work in the bathroom. He fixed what looked like the problem, and with initial trying of flushing, it looked like it was accomplished. However, after Frank and his helper had gone (both were very happy to be finished for the day at a time they could spend the evening with their families since they had worked late several days already this week), it was apparent that the toilet was doing its erratic leaking, so I called the company, and they had Frank come back out to trouble shoot the problem and get it fixed correctly. Frank then came back, apologetic and ready to get back into it. I apologized also to call him back in the evening and prevent him from spending time with his family, but he said it was alright because I deserved to have it done right, and it would go against his work ethic to not get a job done right. He was at the house then for another 1 to 11/2 hours, and in taking things apart totally, he found the problem (which was not readily seen) and fixed it correctly, even seeming to feel good that he had given us what we paid for. Throughout the time that Frank and his helper were at our house, they were professional and courteous, and willing to answer any questions I had about the plumbing of our house, how we can best avoid further clogs, why it was that the drain pipes going away from the sink and out of the house might need to be replaced in the future, how that could be done along with a new drain in the garage so everything would work well, etc. He and his helper appeared to enjoy their work and helping us, being amiable and patient with us, as well as getting along well with one another, and Frank kept this same attitude even after having to come back in the evening. Lastly, I would note that they did not charge me for coming back in the evening because "You paid to have it fixed correctly the first time." I will definitely call upon Alligator Plumbing and ask for Frank and his helper the next time I have need of a plumber.
