Chris was prompt, professional, thorough and proficient. The were affordable. I highly recommend A Team Trappers. The customer service representative, Elena, was warm, professional and handled my calls with dispatch.

Andrew Vasquez did an excellent job, from the first consultation through the final steps. He listened to my concerns and offered reasonable solutions to getting rid of, and keeping out, raccoons from our attic. He made our soffits rodent-proof. I'm sure we won't have the problem again. Wanted to make sure others were aware of his great work.

They came out and completed the job quickly.

Our technician (Anthony) was proficient and offered recommendations which ultimately seems to have eliminated the problem. He was here on-time each visit and was forced to spend a significant amount of time in the attic, an oven at this time of year. The service is not cheap but if you expect quality results you have to pay. We didn't mind it a bit.

Nobody likes noise coming from their attic or garage! After I was sure I wasnâ t making it up, I called a friend who recommended A-TEAM TRAPPERS. The associate on the phone gave me a sympathetic ear, explained the service, possible costs and booked me for a home visit. Brenden arrived and after perusing the situation, explained yes, rodents in attic and garage! He explained what probably attracted them, how they had gotten in, what needed to be done to remove them and what needed to be sealed up so no more rent free rodent visits.. A-TEAM TRAPPERS SAID WHAT THEYâ D DO AND DID WHAT THEY SAID. He also answered all my curious old lady questions (lots) and quelled my fears in the process.. Win-win Thanks!

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their business. They explained everything they were going to do and followed up with what they promised. Solved my rodent problem within the first 2 visits.

Bats in chimney. The A-Team called back immediately after my request and their technician Paul L. came later the same day to give an estimate. The price was not cheap, but seemed fair for the scope of work. The initial work was done by Paul two days later, and then he returned after three days to remove the exclusion device and seal the last opening. Everything was done in a workman like manner and Paul was very courteous and knowledgeable. The remedy appears to have been successful. Bats, as you may know, have very little Wife Approval Factor, so I appreciate the efficient response made by the A-Team.

Came to the house and looked for entry places. He found several and fixed them all. He set traps in the attic and came back for two weeks to check them. He didn't find anything so I assume whatever it was got out before he sealed everything up. I haven't heard anything since.

Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and had a great personality. He was always on time. Did a great job.

Will not honor warranty!! Seemed great for initial service, but highly unprofessional when it comes to honoring the warranty. - I hired A Team Trappers out of Tampa on 2/1/22. They came out, identified that there were squirrels and rats in the attic, identified the holes, trapped squirrels, killed rats, then closed everything up and monitored for a few more visits. Everything seemed fine. This service came with a written 1 year warranty. On 1/30/23, I was out back with the dogs and watched a squirrel run across my pool screen, up under an eve and disappear into the attic. I immediately called them back on 1/30/23 (at 2:20pm) and asked them to come out. They said they didn't have anything for a few days and offered to put me on a cancellation list. A few more days went by and no one came out. They then called and scheduled me for a "reinspection" on 2/8/23. The service tech came out today and identified that the rodents were back and listed on the service order the same remediation areas that were on the first order. He quoted $1,197 for the work (basically the entirety of my original contract). When I told him that I had a warranty, he told me that the office told him to handle it as a new call since it was after 2/1/23. We did not proceed with the work, thanked him for his time and told him we understood that it was out of his hands and that we would call the office to work it out. We called the office to inquire. This afternoon I got a call back and spoke with someone at the office, she said that she had to have the original tech come do the same inspection that we just had done. I asked if this would be covered under warranty after he came out. She deflected - wouldn't say yes or no, or even indicate that warranty work was still an option. This went back and forth a few times. She gave me 2 appointment options. Tomorrow afternoon (when I am in class) and next Wednesday morning. She got very short with me. Take it or leave it. Then she started to tell me that her techs work too hard to be "attacked" (her actual word) when they are on a customer site. I pointed out that I had never been rude to any of her techs and that I would never be. She continued repeating it, so I asked for a supervisor. She then hung up on me. I tried to call back but got no answer. I left a message and waited. I then called Home Advisor to see if they could help. They gave me 3 options - write a review, have Home Advisor reach out directly, or file a formal complaint. I asked Home Advisor to reach out directly (because I am really just trying to resolve this peacefully). They were not able connect with the company and suggested that I write this review. I have never posted a negative review in my life and really wish to resolve this directly. Sometimes people just have bad days, and I have no desire to disparage their name on the internet. I just want the issue resolved under my existing contract. I sincerely hope that someone reaches out to resolve this and then I am happy to have this review removed.

Prompt, high quality work and very easy to work with. Identified and closed 14 (yikes!) entry points for pests at our home and ran a 4 week trapping program to eliminate a 30 year problem.
