Excellent customer service. Tom completely explained the proposed treatment, which is very thorough, and has been following up regularly. He quickly identified several places where rats were getting into the attic and crafted a plan to deal with them, something my previous exterminator didn't do. After just one week, the problem is nearly gone. This service isn't cheap, but it's well worth it for the peace of mind, and they will continue to monitor for an entire year, something my previous exterminator also didn't do. I highly recommend A-Team Trappers.

I hired A Team Trappers to remove Dead Raccoons from the Attic. Jake came to do the job and he did not inspect the attic. He stood on the ladder and removed one dead Raccoon that was within his sight line. He left a second dead Raccoon behind. I called the company and spoke to Kevin to voice my dissatisfaction. He was very rude and argumentative and said Jake could not return until 5/24/22. My daughter had to remove the dead animal. Jake did not return today to spray the attic as promised. The quote I was given was 349.00 to remove the dead raccoons. I spoke with Jake and he said that the company did not put him on the schedule for today. He let them know about the fraudulent charges. I am very frustrated that I cannot get a response from the office manager or the owner of the company. I would like my money refunded in full since the job was not completed. This is the second review that I left. The one I left last week has vanished.

A Team Trappers are clearly experts specializing in rodent control. We are converting an old garage into a studio apartment. There were signs of rodent damage in the garage so we put out a request on Home Advisor. I heard from several other companies & interviewed a few before hiring one. First of all Chris' customer service skills are unparalleled and he demonstrated why hiring his company would be to my advantage. He was easy to work with and provided a great discount plus a great warranty. It's working for us. I'm pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

From the very first call and subsequent visit, Devin has been very helpful in explaining everything as he led us through the process. His and the company’s attention to detail while taking care of our issue made a disgusting problem a little better.

Simply the absolute best. Before I hired A Team Trappers, I went through a series of companies trying to find the right company for the job. After serval phone calls, inspection visits and quotes I had an horrible experience from a well known reputable company and no one seemed to neither meet nor beat my expectations. This changed with a knock on my door from A Team Trappers, A Team Trappers most definitely served as an A plus team of customer satisfaction, promptness, quality service and simply the best employees. There needs to be more employees and more companies like A Team Trappers and its staff. What an amazing experience.

The quote was not the lowest of the three I got, but I felt that Rick gave me the best idea of the steps he would take to handle our squirrels and prevent future infestations.

Use this company if you want the least aesthetically pleasing treatment of your property. They did finally get rid of the bats though it took them three times to come out and find new areas that they were getting in. This was a bit disappointing as it is their job to find the areas of access. Again their craftsmanship was horrible. They did not even smooth out the caulk they used to seal holes and just left it as it came out of the gun. Even I know to seal it. Honestly the caulk, along with their other methods of sealing were things I could have come up with on my own.

I was very impressed with the knowledge Arnold exhibited. He was professional, respectful and most of all knowledgeable. I had hires three different companies prior to Arnoldâ s visit to my house. No body was able to figure out what was causing the noise in my attic. He spent a long time both inside and outside prior to making a proposal. I highly recommend Arnold to anyone who is having animals in their Attic.
