They actually took all the things out of the truck. I had already moved into the house so they took their truck to look up everything for me. They really cared about my things. I did not have any problems with them. I didn’t have any broken things as well. They were really helpful. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I submited a request online for a quote on Monday night. A service rep called me the very next morning to give me a quote. She was very helpful and professional. They were able to schedule me for a move the very next afternoon. The movers showed up two hours early (they tried to call me to give me the heads up about this, but my cell phone service was malfunctioning), which was quite a surprise. Fortunately, I was home and ready for them to move my stuff. They were beyond polite and professional and very friendly. The moved very quickly with loading and unloading, putting everything exactly where I wanted it, and nothing was damaged in the process. The only thing to note about the $30 worth of free moving boxes deal is that some of the boxes are gently used. Not a huge deal becasue I am totally fine with reusing boxes, it's just kind of annoying to have to scratch out words that someone else wrote all over the boxes. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

The service was good. The guys did a good job wrapping everything up and insuring our items were free of any damage. We were happy with their service.

They wrapped the furniture’s so that they didn’t get scratched. They moved everything very quickly and kept everything back in place. They planned everything as where the things was supposed to be kept and moved the truck accordingly. They also kept things exactly where it was supposed to be. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

The job went pretty good. They did all the moving themselves. Nothing was damaged during the moving. They did a real good job. They did a lot of work. We climbed two apartments into one. My daughter had two bedrooms on the third floor and I had one bedroom so we went into three bedrooms house.

Movers were right on time and did a good job. The only problem was that it rained very hard during the move and the truck had a leak which caused one of our mattresses to get wet. It was reported and someone is being sent to our home to clean the mattress.

The move went very smoothly. Josh and Jason kept in touch with me by phone to let me know where they were between trips to my home and back to the Assisted Living Home. They were very careful with the furniture and were pleasant, courteous and thoughtful. They did not waste any time and made sure the furniture was in the proper place before they left. The move was completed in the time they told me it would be. It was a smooth transition for Mom, who is 89 and her daily routine was not interrupted at all. They were very nice to work with. You can get used moving boxes for $1.00 a piece. They called to confirm the move the day before and said they would call 1/2 hour before they arrived. They arrived 1/2 hour early without calling. No big deal. They were really fast; had me moved out in 1 hour and 10 min. They moved me in OK. A couple of boxed that were not marked fragile ended up upside down, so make sure you write fragile on boxes you don't want up side down. They mixed up the water hoses on my washer. The hot water is hooked up to the cold and vise versa. Over all it was a very good experience. The movers were very pleasant. I really like that they worked fast and saved me money.
