Two Men And A Truck

The movers were on time, courteous and helpful. They did a nice job with one exception. The front door was damaged, and they didn't bring it to my attention. I didn't see it until after they were gone so I didn't get an opportunity to claim it before they left. Otherwise excellent.

The movers were very professional. They handled my property with care. I have one main issue. First, a final walk thru was not conducted which resulted in several items of furniture being left behind. When I addressed this with the company, they failed to resolve the issue which resulted in having to rent a u-haul to pick up the remaining items. A billing question was addressed and resolved. I would reluctantly recommend them in the future,but make sure to perform a final walk-thru to avoid my experience.

They were on time and confirmed prior to arrival. They were very professional and did a quick and careful job. They were patient and made sure to take care of our belongings. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Best thing about these movers is their professionalism.

2 guys packed 1/2 of my house one day and 4 guys moved 2 truckloads if furniture the next day. I was very impressed by the hard work these guys did to help us with our move

They were okay. They kind of scratched up a few things, but it was alright. They put the bed together, but they really did not put it together correctly. My impression of the people who did the work was average. There was one older dude and one younger person. I think the older dude had been doing it for a while and the younger person probably had not been doing it for that long.

The two young men, Joshua and Jarrod were on time, courteous, professional and respectful to me and my belongings. They made sure everything was where I wanted it so that I would not have to move things after they left. They went above and beyond their job description. When we arrived at my new home, we were greeted by a snake (water moccasin) in the pool. The young men got the snake out of the pool and disposed of it off of my property. Needless to say, I was very grateful. I do not plan to move again anytime soon, however, if I did, I would definitely call Two Men and a Truck. I would also recommend them to anyone I know who is planning on moving. Good Work!!!!!!

They were on time, polite and very professional. I had a lot of heavy wood furniture. Despite this they handled everything with care. They made sure that felt was placed on the bottom of the furniture so that my newly installed wood floors would not be damaged (their idea, not mine). Towards the end of the night, everyone was tired and I stopped caring but they did not. They still took time to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it to be. I will definitely use them again!

I was satisfied with the work done. The movers arrived on time, earlier actually than what I expected compared to most companies that give a time frame for arrival. They were professional and curtious. Most important, they did not waste time while working. I would strongly suggest that for future clients the company go back to having an on-site estimate done before scheduling, as one of the workers commented the company previously did. My estimate was provided based on my verbal assessment of the items I had to move, mainly large furtiture and two washer / dryer sets. The estimate was actually $300 MORE than what I ended up paying. I could see the possibility of a client having to pay more if the estimate was not based on an accurate assessment of the items to move. My only criticism was the moving of my washers. One question I specifically asked was if the movers would be equipted to move washer / dryers. When disconnecting the washer at my old location the mover comment that he didn't have the proper tools to disconnect the water hoses. We were able to disconnect the hose from the washer instead of the wall, but the water was left dripping. I returned later with tools to address that issue before the leaking water began flowing into my downstairs neighbor's unit. At the new location I had an old washer / dryer set that needed to be relocated to the garage. Fortunately I had tools at the new location to not have a repeat of the prior situation. However the mover did not exercise care in removing the unit an water spilled on the tile floor of the laundry room and was tracked onto the wood floors outside of the room as they moved the washer. They made no effort to clean up the mess. Fortunately ther was no damage to the wood floors. I would use and recomment the service to others. But I hope the company takes the above critiques into consideration for future clients.

It was a good experience as far as any move can be. As I said they made the day bearable and followed instructions perfectly. I don't think they took a break all day.

They arrived on time for the move. The two gentlemen who moved my daughters things were extremely respectful, kind and very helpful. They worked very well together and were very efficient. When we arrived at her apartment they learned that she was on the top floor. They used the freight elevator and made very quick work of getting all boxes and furniture into her unit. Everything went very well and I would use them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

The movers, Kevin and John, arrived at my house right on time. I had been given a two-hour window and they arrived at the beginning of the time period. They moved everything out of my old house quickly and moved everything into my new apartment just as quickly, even though they had to carry all of the furniture up a steep and narrow staircase. They were friendly and professional, and took great care of my belongings - nothing was broken or even scratched. The movers worked so fast that I ended up paying significantly less than the estimate I'd been given over the phone. I've used Two Men and a Truck in the past, and have recommended them to friends. They do a great job.

The overall process was great. The two men that did all of the work were very courteous and did their job completely. After unpacking, we did not have a single item damaged. The final costs were under the original estimate. Bravo to Two Men and a Truck! I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Scratches on front of washer and dryer went clear through paint, (red) to primer, (white). 1 to 2 inch slit in mattress that was not there before. Can't say positively they were responsible, but didn't see it before the move. Several years ago they moved us and we were very happy with their work. This time, not so much.

The two movers arrive promptly at 8 a.m. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They made sure to protect our furniture from damage and were very careful with our items. The move took approximately 6 hours, which is what we had previously been quoted. I would definitely use their services again.

They arrived on time, were quick and professional. There was no damage or breakage. They placed the furniture where directed and removed shrink wrap. The price was what was quoted.

The two gentlemen came out on time and completely packed everything. They arived the next day, on time, and loaded my things onto the truck. I locked up and headed for Ft Myers. While they were unloading in Ft Myers, it started raining, so they had to wait about 20 min for it to stop. They unloaded everything, and put my bed, dining room table, mirrored dresser, and TV back together (better than before) before they left. the bill came out to be on the high end of the estimate, but considering the great work that they did, it was well worth it. So far, everything that I've unpacked has been intact. I've made two previous moves in the past three years and with those moves, something was always broken. Not so with this company. I am very pleased with the service and how they treated me and my "stuff".

They were very good. They were easy to work with. They were careful. They were courteous. They were professional. I have used them previously. They were on time. They price was very reasonable. I have never had any problems with them.

They did a great job. There was a minor scratch and they let us know about that and we were okay with it. Several of my friends and relatives have used them and recommended them to me.

I liked them. They were reasonable and accommodating. They really took good care of the furniture. They wrapped it up before they moved it. They were expeditious and didn't go slowly. They gave good service. I've actually use them twice.

Two men showed up for the move, one with evident experience and one with evidently none and an attitude. This was a local move, so everything was hourly. The movers went to separate rooms and started packing. We noticed things were awfully quite in the other room after awhile and went to check, only to find Deandre (the new mover) texting, not packing. A bit later, the same thing. After asking him to please stop texting since it was an hourly move, he made rude comments from the next room (suggesting that if we didn't like the way he was doing it, we could pack ourselves). After he later was at the truck (for hours, perhaps texting more), we noticed that he had completely failed to pack an entire linen closet in the bathroom he was packing -- he was so occupied with texting that he packed a couple of drawers in about 30 minutes and, when we later unpacked them, they were just dumped into a box. We called the company between locations and they gave us a nominal credit (reducing the hourly by $10 per hour, a total of about a $60 credit).

It was great. They guys that did the move were nice. Their appearance was very nice and communicated very well. We had them pick up from 3 locations and deliver to one. They did not waste any time and kept moving the whole time.
