Description of Work: Mr. Leitner is very nice and responsive when he is giving you the estimate. In fact, he will be quick to respond to emails and the like. After the job is done, if anything goes wrong (which in my case it did) he is almost insulted that you demand that he do what he contracted to do on a timely basis. Some of his excuses include I am not that good with email (he was great with it when he wa trying to get the business). It has been more than a month since he finished my job and he has yet to provide me with the warranty information for the shingles I purchased or for the job he performed.
