Green Tiger Soft Wash

I work form Hoffman Realty LLC as a property manager and we use Michael with Green Tiger for Pressure washing roofs and the exterior of the home and walkways and HOA violations. I hired for pressure washing and roof cleaning. I did have some landscape damage from the chemicals but Alvin contacted me after I reported my complaint on Home Advisor to repair any damage and Green Tiger replaced the dead plants. I do appreciate the follow up.

We got a fast response and estimate from Courtney. The crew showed up within one hour of completing call. We're very happy with the job they did cleaning all of the siding, screen windows, and roof. The "biodegradable, eco-friendly" cleaning solution consists of a surfactant and a fairly strong bleach solution.. While bleach is biodegradable, I wouldn't exactly market bleach as "eco-friendly" -- but it did clean the house and roof very, very well -- and it was completely rinsed off by the crew. I'm not sure anything but bleach would successfully kill the mold and mildew, anyway. So, all in all, very satisfied with the job they did.

He may actually do ggod work, but he gave me a quote of $100.00, but when I received an email from him the price had changed to $125. I advised that he originally quoted me $100.00. He called and left a message for me. I returned the call and left him a message, but he never called me back and never did the job.
