About us

Family owned and operated in Tampa since 1971. We treat your home and property as if it were our own and critique our work as if we were paying for it. We use only one sub-contractor for the concrete slabs for my screen rooms.I come from a family of carpenters and know how a house is built from the ground up. That is why I became a State Certified Home Inspector as a supplement to my aluminum business. I offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee and use only the best quality materials. I have used the same supplier since 1971 and have lived at my current address for 28 years with the same phone number. I have worshipped with a handfull of the same people for 35 years.

Things with Garland's Installation Services turned out very well. The price was average. I liked that he was very patient and his attention to detail was very good. He was easy to get in touch with. The price was equal to the value that I got.

I chose him over 3 other contractors because of his professionalism and overal price on the job. I have been nothing but satisfied with everything he has done. The finished product has completely given my house a new look. Additionally, I had other contractors here doing other work and he was very accomidating to them and worked around all the other workers to help ensure all my projects were successful. That by itself showed me he was concern about not only his contract, but how all my work could be sucessful. That meant alot to me and I will be hiring him for more work in the future.
Description of Work: I had Mr. Garland give me a quote on installing siding on the upper level of my 2 story house, replacing 17 windows, and installling new columns in front of my house.

There were no setbacks or problems and the job was exactly like promised. Job site was always cleaned at the days end.Would highly recommend this honest craftsman to anyone without hesitation.
Description of Work: Installed double payned vinal windows. Installed vinal siding on the upper half of my home and soffetts. I have had many positive comments by neighbors and other contractors about the craftsmanship.

Description of Work: He did the complete top. I was very happy with the price and the work that was done. It was a father and son company. They were so nice and friendly. They through away the junk screen. They fixed the other small things and didnt charge. They were prompt.
