Classic Carpet Dyers was superb, and I have to admit that we were astonished by the results. First, we had basically written off one of these white carpets because our tenants had spilled nail varnish remover over an area about 2.5 feet in diameter. When my wife read about carpet dying (we had not known about it), we called Classic Carpet Dyers and they came out to look. They said that they could dye and blend the area to remove the stain, and looked at some others. We have managed to keep these white carpets pretty immaculate over the years. Now let me say that we've hired other carpet cleaning services for general cleaning and stains in the past, and with such unsatisfactory results, that we've become pretty expert at getting out stains that services couldnt, and getting the carpets cleaner than they do. No exaggeration... Dying seemed like a new concept, so we were open to trying, but I was skeptical anyone could fix the large bleached spots. I was happily surprised. When they were done, you could barely tell there had been a stain, and they managed to get out the other stains that we couldnt get out. Additionally, they cleaned the carpets throughout the house, and got them looking newer than they have in years. I would emphatically recommend this service - it was nothing short of extraordinary...

They did an excellent job. It took me a long time to find someone who dyed carpets, but there are not that many people who offer that service. The people who stayed previously in the house had dogs and there were some urine spots on the carpet. Regular cleaning did not get it out, so we had to get it cleaned and dyed. They were very particular. Their price was fair.

They failed to clean the carpet and dye several stains as they promised in their quote. They did a quick pass of the house missing many areas. For example they didn't bother to close the doors and clean behind them. Many stains are still visable. I left several messages trying to resolve this with them and they won't call me back so I filed a complaint with the BBB.
