1 hour late for scheduled time, no phone call. No cleanup, left debris on floor and counter tops. Grout lines are not clean.

The grout work in the shower and on the floor in the guest bath was great.

re-doing someone else's lousy job is not an easy task, Todd the Groutsmith did an amazing job . 100% improvement over the previous workers work. Would hire him again and reccomend him to anyone who needs tile/groutwork done.,

Job was to repair/replace damaged floor tiles. I found a very close tile match and as many tiles as could be were salvaged. It was a seamless repair. Could not even tell where new began and ended. Very professional.

On Monday June 25th, Groutsmith arrived to redo grout, repair and restore the Master Shower. Although the quote was several hundred higher than others, I felt comfortable with the owner who said it would be like new. The 2 grout workers came and when done, said that after 5 days we needed to clean the shower with a vinegar solution, using a scrubber. The shower walls and floor and metal work were left with a hard, brittle white substance - slippery and sticky which I could not remove. They returned at our request to finish the job - with some rags and vinegar. they were here @ 10 minutes (never even turned the truck ignition off) and could not get the residue off. I called the owner and left a message about the condition of the shower and as of today (nearly a month later) have had no response. For the price we paid, the least I expected was a return call and assistance with the clean up. I don't believe that bath will ever look like "new" again~! What a disappointment!

They are outstanding to deal with. Todd squeezed my job/project in due to a pending home sale and did an excellent job re-grouting my shower, separate tub area and bathroom floor. Amy and Michelle were terrific relying messages and scheduling. They even text pictures to me as I was out of State at the time. My agent and brother on-site was very pleased with the quality of their work.
