I have never being so disappointed with a company as I am with The Groutsmith.

For there type of groat cleaning it was good and their worker were good, A little trouble with meeting original schedule and the finished cleaning. We had to point out areas that were not wiped dry and had track marks that needed to be cleaned.

This is a busy, small family owned business, so be patient if they get a delayed .One of the workers took sick so it kinda interfered with our initial appointment.But they came and finished the job on the day.We would rather deal with the small businesses.We would use them again if the need arises for the guest bath.

He wasnâ t cheap, but he did an excellent job resealing my showers and cleaning them. I would definitely hire him again.

I thought it was such a small repair job that Groutsmith would turn it down. Not so. I want him back for interior tile repairs. First class workmanship.

The representative & technicians were professional & knowledgeable. Overall very satisfied, did an excellent job repairing foyer tile & cleaning tile in kitchen, hallways & bathroom.

This company needs some real customer service training for its sales people and field workers. The sales man that sold us the job failed to mention the film left after the cleaning and sealing of our grout and they ran out of grout and it took over a week to get more grout. The workers were good and polite but the salesmen should have showed on the job to resolve the issues of the film and the lack of grout instead of passing this off to the workers who have no control over his lack of customer service. I have read other reviews here as well and this is not the first time he has failed to mention the film left over, it was a huge issue since we were planning a large party the next day and we had this ugly film all over our tile and we were told it would take 3-7 days for it to disappear, totally unacceptable, if we would have know up front we would have rescheduled. They did come the next day and clean the tile but it was not enough my wife and i had to mop several times to get rid of the film and that was still not enough. I would not use this company!
