Both gentlemen were very understanding, helpful, friendly and did a super job on replacing 4 tiles in our hallway.

My laminate floor was damaged in a small area and the person who came to look at it had nothing to say about it, they should be insured in case they damage something.

My husband set this up for me because our floors were stained when moving in to our new home and with all the construction people in and out. I was so impressed by their customer service and their honesty. I would recommend this Highly to anyone that wants their house to really look nice with the grout being all clean and one color. By the way my grout color is white/beige and it looks phenomenal

I had a small tile replacement, grout and caulk repair job. The Groutsmith scheduled the job within two weeks. He was timely and went right to work upon arrival. The work was completed quickly and the end product was outstanding. The shower stall looks like new again. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tile or grout work in their home.
