I had another repair guy here before , more than $200.00 later not fixed. Instant came same day found problem, ordered part, and another $200.

Prompt, courteous, and quick service

They replied promptly, a service person arrived in 30 minutes, evaluated the problem correctly, got the appliance to work while the part was on order and got it working like new well when the part came in. The cost was very reasonable. I would estimate less than half of having to purchase a used or reconditioned appliance. The service man was professional , friendly and courteous. I certainly would use this service again.

Tech was proficient, but it did take a week to fix a clothes washer waiting for parts.

He came right away to fix my gas oven. It needed a new igniter. It cost $186 to fix. He was there about 15 to 20 minutes. I have no idea if this was a good price or not. But I needed it fixed right before Xmas and that is what he did so I was happy to have it repaired.

Repair was not difficult but technician diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Checked some extra appliances while at my house. Amazingly fast response, came exactly when promised, gave text updates of anticipated arrival time.

What a great company. Very responsive and professional. Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Provided an estimate for the work. In the end it was more cost effective to purchase a new dishwasher. I will definitely use these guys again but hoping it's not for a very long time!

They called within a few minutes of my HomeAdvisor request and scheduled an appointment for two days later. They were on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about ten minutes. My only disappointment was that they charged for both the service call and an hour of labor -- I would have expected the first hour to be part of the service call.
