I was quite pleased with how prompt Instant Appliance Repair responded to my call. They showed up on time and determined that the control board was inoperative. The tech looked and found the board was on longer available. But to my surprise instead of saying you need to buy a new double oven (2500 dollars or more.) he checked to see if the board could be repaired. He took the bad board with him and stated that he would continue to look to the lowest possible price or repair and let me know. As of today I still waiting for the completion of my repair but based I what I seen so far I am sure my oven is in good hands. Well the control board was repaired and replaced and the oven is working just fine - Thanks to Instant Appliance Repair. If you in need of appliance repair , I would highly recommend Instant Appliance Repair for your appliance service needs.

Frank was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time. His office called to ensure I would be home and told me when he would arrive. We will use this business again if we need an appliance repair.
