"Ordered cooktop and was told I was going to get frequent follow-up calls on the order since everything is delayed this days. So far, I have to call everytime, with no answers, I had to go there personally there to get answers and to possibly order a range vent. The seller asingned to me either doesn't want to sell or work. I called today again since my cooktop was supposed to be arriving by the end of August but again, no one answered, the only thing that makes me think this place is not a scam, is that it's a physical place. Yesterday I went to Ferguson, and within 30 minutes I was out of the door with all my questions answered and order in place, and a way to check myself where is my order. I am happy that I decided to go to Ferguson instead. I am not getting paid for this review, I am just angry at aggressive appliance service."
