his company does no actual work themselves, but rather relies on contractors. This is fine, however one has to control the contractors, they do not. They use project managers to work with the contractors and the customers. Our project manager had apparently never done this before in life. He was totally out of control, never knew what was happening and when. 1. The concrete company severed two of the irrigation lines. One was discovered right away and I pray that was actually fixed before the concrete was poured. The other break was not discovered until a week or more after they completed the job. 2. The concrete guy had a cancellation and wanted use up his load of concrete, so wanted to pour the concrete for our job before we expected it. This was before the county inspection and before the termite treatment. The project manager OK'd the pour, much to my distress. 3. The rest went smoothly, however, the project manager could not tell me if somebody was going to show up on a specific day or not. 4. We'd asked for the gutter to be extended, which they did do, however, I'd asked for a wider gutter and they only used the regular size. As a result the gutter is useless in a hard rain, the water just flows right over the gutter into the lanai. I checked the contract and the wider gutter was not specified, my bad. But don't you think that an experienced contractor would be able to see the effect a narrow gutter would have, and even suggest a wider gutter himself? Every time it rains I get annoyed, even today. 5. When we discovered that there was an additional irrigation leak I called to ask them to come fix it. They came right out and told me that I'd damaged the pipe by digging in the area. Please. The pipe was 1.5 inches and it was mostly under the concrete slab. The man who fixed it said that it likely happened when the form was hammered together for the concrete slab. I had to pay out of pocket for the repair. I submitted the bill to Advanced and they did reimburse me. But that was a hassle I didn't need.
Description of Work: They expanded the concrete area to our lanai and added a bird cage.

If there was a worse than F rating this would be it. Absolutely horrendous, a total nightmare. They fail to show up, when they do come they do a bad job. They never put a tarp down on my porcelain floors and destroyed them. They have no caulked the windows properly so there has been leakage and mold. The lights in the new ceiling do not work. The paint job where they stained has left yellow stains. They were supposed to fill in the area where they removed a door support and they never have. They broke the tile in my living room and they never replaced it. They left the cement track where the sliding glass doors were. They dropped the shudders down to where they don't look connected and they never painted the framing. This has cost me a lot of money just to use the room and the job is still not done. It has been 7 months since this started. Today the supervisor showed up to fix something but I turned him away because it should have already been done.
Description of Work: They were enclosing my screened in Li-nae with glass. All that needed to be done was add in glass walls and a door and install a drop ceiling with 6 can lights and 2 ceiling fans. I also needed the glass doors removed from the entry from the li-nae into the house and re frame it for a wood entry way.
