Description of Work: Doug is an A+ inspector. He is thorough and explains everything as he goes. He will be completely honest with you and was a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend him for a home inspection. He even called is to check out how we were doing post inspection.

Description of Work: Doug did a great job performing our Fl. Keys home inspection. We were living on the West coast when the inspection was done and Doug went the "extra mile" to communicate throughout inspection day with phone calls and photos. The final report was amazing in detail. We are using it as our "to do" list. The report even describes the urgency requirements of each defect. Doug continues to answer our questions and he has guided us through some tough decisions. Thank You Doug !!
