+ -1 moreGave them the exact make and model of tires in advance. They ordered the tires and when they arrived, they called me in to have them installed. After the tires were installed and paid for, before leaving I checked to make sure tires were what I ordered. They were not. Same make, very similar tire, but not what I originally ordered. They apologized for the mistake, then ordered the correct tires which arrived a few hours later to be installed. This company had very competitive prices, but the sloppy mistake caused themselves and me wasted time and effort.

+ 0 moreThe last two times I went to Tequesta Tire was because I picked up a nail in a tire and was losingh tire pressure. Both times they quickly fixed the problem and didn't change me anything. Now that's service! The next time I need new tires, this is where I will go!

+ -1 moreTheir 'regular' exhaust guy was not in so one of the junior techs worked on the car. He decided that my exhaust system was hanging too low and took it upon himself to weld a new hanger - ON MY NEW MUFFLER ! A muffer is not made for hanging the exhaust system. The metal is too thin and flexes under stress. Welding weakens it further. The muffler weld lasted about a month then our little sedan sounded like a dump truck when the metal around the weld failed. Money for muffler wasted thanks to this guy. Money for install wasted as I had to do it all over again elsewhere. Generally I have liked this business. Their prices are fair, work done quickly. Nice neighborhood shop. I just had a bad experience this trip.

+ -1 moreWork was done exactly as agreed and very quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: I picked up a nail in my tire and needed it patched. I requested they swap rims with the spare and make the repaired tire the spare. I have a Toyota Rav4 and the spare is full-size and mounted on the back of the vehicle, with a different rim from the other 4. I dropped it off, went across the street for breakfast and the car was done before I got back. Quick and painless. Have used them many times and would recommend them.
