Initially hired Admiral fPlumbing to install 3 new faucets in 3 bathrooms. We really lucked out with the plumber who came, Mike Rossiter. Because Mike was so great to work with, we continued to use him and Admiral to install a new European shower system we bought from Fergueson which was a retro fit system. Mike was Incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, always comes on time, is very patient and helped us understand what we needed to do to complete the job we wanted. Frankly, I am not sure we could have done this properly without him. He opened up the wall in the bathroom to install the new valve for the new system and my husband actually did the sheet rock work and tile work we needed to do to close up the wall properly, so not everyone would have that option available to them. Mike worked closely with us and explained what we needed and did a great job in installing our new shower system. Now in combination with a new shower door enclosure we had done following the plumbing job, we have an amazing shower for the best possible cost. Thank you Admiral and Mike. EXCELLENT SERVICE, A LITTLE PRICEY BUT THE KITCHEN FACET WE HAVE IS $$$, BUT IF YOU BOUGHT THE FACET & HAD THEM INSTALL IT, IT COMES OUT TO THE SAME PRICE, & I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE, THEY ARE WELL STOCKED. USED THEM IN THE PAST & WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THEY WERE ON TIME & EXTREMELY NOLIGABLE, & LEFT NO MESS. WORKERS ARE AN ASSET TO ADMIRAL'S PLUMBING. The tech was great and very professional. Outstanding knowledge. The tech Victor was great to work with. The only complaint was the pricing. Average price to replace a valve is 200.00. Admiral charged 437.00. More than double of everyone else. The tech had no control of pricing. Since I was in an emergency situation, I had no choice but to use them. I was ripped off not by the tech who was great but by the Admiral Plumbing Company themselves. I will be looking for another Plumber in the future. Work was excellent but you will pay dearly for it!!
