Alex was excellent! This was a major project and he knew what to do and was able to identify the problem and fix. Was not an easy situation. He was Knowledgeable , professional , customer service oriented, hard working and courteous. Explained everything at every step. Had him back for another not so small project. Very impressed! Way to go Alex!!

They came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. Nick the technician was great! Did a thorough job and was fast. Gave us options and explained everything clearly. Even looked at a drain leak and didn't charge us. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for the value for the money is based on how long it took to do the project, the hourly rate is like well over $300. But I guess that's just the plumbing business. If you have to hire a professional, it's gonna cost. Other than that, I would highly recommend these guys and should we have plumbing issues again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
