 + -1 moreMr Robins came when he said he would. He spent a lot of time trying to determine the best way to resolve all our issues we have with the outside security cameras we purchased from American Alarm. Mr. Robin, after evaluating the installation, was unable to come up with a way to fix the problems because of the way American Alarm installed them and wired them.
Description of Work: Shane Robin, owner of MSR Technologies evaluated and tried to repair our security cameras we bought from American Alarm Systems of Central Florida. Mr Robins found the cameras improperly wired and installed. He reported there is no good way to fix them.

 + -1 moreThe laptop had been running slow and then one day, the log in password mysteriously changed! Other, system passwords changed too! I called another provider here and he ran virus checkers, scrubbed the hard drive, but to no avail, he was stumped. I tried MSR next. They did some research and found out a hard drive going bad can cause similar symptoms. They removed the hard drive, put it into a different computer and duplicated the symptoms indicating it wasn't something on the mother board. I recieved a larger, faster hard drive and a smooth running laptop back!
Description of Work: Trouble shot the problem, replaced hard drive, updated drivers, diagnosed and fixed network connection problem.
