Quality Grill Service

Looks like new and I thought reasonable in price. Great guy and was on time. A real pleasure dealing with him. I would gladly use him again.

I called Aaron at the beginning of the week. We scheduled for this afternoon. He draped the patio, covering the floor, countertops and sink. He took apart my DCS grill (Which gets A LOT of use), and made it look practically new. Aaron spent more than 3 hours and left my patio cleaner than when he arrived! I am keeping his number handy!

Aaron did an outstanding job - the grill looks "new" - I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without reservation. Grill looks great :)

Our grill would not light properly so I called the business number listed, on a weekend, expecting to leave a message. Aaron actually answered and took the time to ask some questions and set up an appointment for early in the week. He came out as promised and had the part needed with him. We would definitely use him again!!!

Aaron did a terrific job cleaning our grill and adjusting the burner so it heats evenly. He installed new ceramic briquettes and pained the outside of the grill. It looks practically brand new (which isn't bad for a grill that is 18 years old!).

Great experience. Company owner Aaron was friendly, prompt, experienced and fast. Connected my new natural gas grill to an existing line in less than an hour that included going to the local hardware store for parts. No wonder his previous customers all gave "A"s.

My grill is a 15yr old Weber and now it looks almost new! The price was great and the grill looks awesome! Fantastic job.

Wow -- I am so impressed! Our gas grill was blown over in a severe thunderstorm. I asked Aaron for an estimate on repairs (and then to go ahead and fix the grill). When Aaron finished inspecting the grill, he explained how much was wrong and that the cost of repairing would be higher than replacing the grill. He offered several recommendations of good quality grills that would meet our family's needs. I was so impressed with his honesty -- he could have done the repairs and I would never have known the difference. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend you give Aaron a call if you need work done on your grill.

It took a couple of weeks to get it scheduled but the grill was cleaned and serviced until it looked like new. I will use this service again, probably next spring.

It went very well. They got here and did a good job. They said that my grills were in fine shape and I didn’t need a new one because I was looking at getting another one.

Earlier this year, we had an unfortunate incident with our grill and a fire extinguisher! Witihout going into details, suffice it to say there was quite a bit of foam that needed to be removed from the entire grill! I wasn't sure that it would work very well again, and we LOVE this grill because it's a Weber gas grill and they aren't cheap. Aaron called right back, scheduled a time to come out, and assessed the situation. We also needed a new ignitor switch of which he had to order. The first time he came out he cleaned the grill and it was spotless. I couldn't believe that not only did he manage to remove all the foam, but the grill plate and the entire inside of the grill looked as good as new. Amazing!! When the part came in that he needed, he came back out and installed that. For all that we received with his service, the price was more than fair. We used the grill Friday night and it worked fantastic!! If you have a grill with any kind of problem - call Aaron!!! When he is done, you will have a new grill!!

Great! I could not believe how clean the grill looked after he was done. It looked sparkling and clean and new! I was certain he was using crazy solvents, but no, he told me his secret was "elbow grease"! Although it looked great, my husband had difficulty lighting it after the cleaning so we called him. He came back out and adjusted something (not sure what) but then everything was fine. We are grilling again! He was very professional in telephone and in-person interactions I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Aaron fixed our grill and made it look like new. He did a great job, was courteous and prompt. You do however, need to maintain the control of calling him back. He is laid back about getting back to you. Would definitely hire again!

I could not get the gas grill to light. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful and had the grill fixed in 10 mnutes. He cleaned the grates while here, very reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again when needed.

He was prompt. Very careful about cleanliness. Grill was a mess and hadn't been cleaned for a year or more of heavy use. I was going to have him service a second gas grill that needed a lot of new parts, he pointed out that I would be over 70% the cost of a new grill after parts and his costs and recommended I just go with a new grill, doesn't get any more honest than that

I purchased new burners and heat shields for my Stainless Steel Jenn-Aire natural gas grill; but could not find the time to clean it. Searching Angie's List I located Quality Grill and contacted Aaron. He returned my email in about 1 week and quoted a standard price for grill cleaning. I tried to set up a meeting with him to go over what I wanted done but could not lock in a date. On the day Aaron came to clean my grill I was unavailable to meet him. He first pinged me for my address saying he was in my area, which I provided. I assumed he would look at the work and provide a quote. At 5pm (or so) I got an email from him saying he was done cleaning my grill. I was rather shocked but happy to have the work done. When I got home and looked at my grill, we noticed a heavy NG smell and noticed Aaron had painted the inside cooking box of my Stainless Steel grill - I was NOT happy about this. I contacted him and asked him why he would paint stainless steel; he replied that is how he finishes all of the grills that he cleans. He offered to come back and remove the paint to the best of his ability which he did within a few days. The gas leak is still present today and I am shutting the gas off at the main switch everytime we use the grill which we have never had to do before. Aaron has sent me many emails and I have responded to all telling him to send me a bill for $135; and that I am not happy with the new gas leak. He did work hard to please us - just not sure NG or Stainless Steel are in his competency. Still no invoice at the house and no word if he is willing to repair the leak.

Every couple of years we have Aaron come and clean up our grill. He does a fantastic job of cleaning, refreshing paint, and replacing any necessary parts. This year we needed several aging parts replaced. Aaron came and assessed the grill, went and bought all needed parts, then completely transformed the grill. It looks brand new! Aaron is just the nicest guy, and does a great job of cleaning up after his work so there is no mess at all. I will continue to use his services as long as he is in business and we have a gas grill.

We think he is very efficient, and he is very nice to deal with! I would highly recommend him!

Aaron calls back right away when we request service. He comes out to our home and sets up his work space around the grill. He covers and protects the entire area from splatters and spray from cleaning and repainting the inside and outside of the grill. He is also very cautious about covering himself and uses a mask to protect himself from any of the particles that come of the grill and then any paint spray. He probably is finished in approx. 1-2 hours. He cleanes up the entire space and then you have a brand-new grill!

On time ... great guy... grill looks like new!
