Description of Work: I paid them for half of the service, they cancelled, no showed and finally began the job using left over supplies that didn't match and were not what I ordered nor what the written contract called for. They quit mid way through and I took them to small claims court.

They didn't show up half the time they were supposed to. They didn't call and let me know. They would only stay for about an hour or two when they came. A job that was supposed to take a week took 6 weeks because they didn't show up and made excuses. I was hospitalized at the time and this was crucial to be finished before I was released from the hospital. They guaranteed it would be done by that time and it was finished the day before I was released from the hospital. They were really nice people, but it was not the right design. They were allegedly licensed, insured, and bonded. They had none. They didn't pull a permit from the county because they couldn't do to lack of licensing. The insure policy only covers them not their workmanship.
Description of Work: They were hired to take out a Jacuzzi bathroom tub and put in a step in/walk in shower equipped for handicap. The new shower was tile and being totally installed, electrical and all. Supposed to have a bench as well.
