Bob was great, friendly and very professional. He fixed our leaky pipe and took a look at a few other things too. I called BC on Monday morning due to a leaky pipe. I was told the soonest they could make it would be Thursday morning. I called several other plumbing companies in the area and they were the soonest I could get a plumber to come out since they are all busy doing the sewer connections. I would highly recommend Bob at BC Plumbing in the Keys. Thank you!

Description of Work: They were hired to find a renter for my home in Key Largo. They didn't do a back ground check or check references. They didn't do a walk through check list when they gave the tenets the keys. The tenets have never payed on time once. I had new locks installed and they didn't send me a set. They recommend a contractor to do some work but didn't stand behind his work when it was completed. I had new rails and paneling installed. I gave them a second chance when I had a plumbing problem. The person they sent out stated he couldn't find a small leak, so I need to replace the whole line for $2000.00. I had to pay a $95.00 fee for nothing. I called a different plumber who found it in 10 minutes and repaired it for $135.00. You have to call multiple times to get any response from them. I would not recommend them for anything.

They did a nice job, but what they did some things that i was not happy about, and were refusing to get back at me so there was poor communcation so after i left they did the work that i had not paid them for. I told them i will not pay what we did not discuss and now they are not returning my calls.

Description of Work: Replaced old paneling, replaced railing around stairs and porch. Took longer than indicated. Very poor on communications. Did extra jobs and billed them to me without getting my approval first. Didn't do a walk through with new tenant before their moved in. Which is one of their main purpose.
