Warning Warning Warning, Steer Clear of this company. They will take your money and run! Good luck if you have future issues they will do everything possible not to honor their so called 7 year warranty. My roof is a little over a year old and it’s leaking around the chimney. Of course they blame it on storm damage funny thing is there is no damage at all no missing shingles no lifted shingles no missing ridge caps. The issue is they did not install new flashing around the chimney simply reused the old flashing. This was confirmed by a different contractor. West Orange is supposedly coming back to confirm but in speaking with them on the phone they pretty much called me a liar so I’m not holding my breath.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON This company is an absolute piece of crap. They did our roof in Apopka FL in Jan 2024. First problem, they did not finish the job. They sent someone out THREE different times to finish the work and we still had to do several things ourselves. Second problem, they threw out all the boards which we needed to get paint matched so we could, as I said, finish the work. This cost us an extra $400 to have someone else repaint the trim in a uniform color. Third problem, and our biggest complaint: In May, literally four months after the job was completed and no contact from the company, West Orange Roofing mailed us a “Notice of Intent to Lien” for $300. This is literally 1.3% of the total cost of the roof. They threatened us, with no prior notice, to put a lien on our house for a pittance. Who does that? Greedy scumbags, that’s who. We talked to a woman named Brianna in their office who said the total contract price went up by $300 because the workers needed to buy three boards which had not originally been priced in the contract. She said she called us numerous times at a phone number, which she read back to us, and it was incorrect. They didn’t try to email us, or mail us an invoice, they called the wrong number and went straight to threatening a lien. I hope everyone at West Orange Roofing who read this review chokes on it. They are absolute garbage human beings. I wish I could use stronger language to describe how terrible they are. Do not get involved with them for any reason.

We metal building roof refurbished. Work that was completed was very good. Approximately 6 months afterwards, we appeared to have a water leak on one end of the building. I tried to get in touch with West Orange Roofing in Tavares, however, they did not have any record of any work ever having been done at our address. After several minutes I gave up and tried to find some record so I could prove they did the work, however, I did not appear to have a receipt or invoice covering the work. I called back in to West Orange Roofing and talk to a different young lady. After a few moments we were able to identify the person that sold the job and she contacted him but I have not heard back. I may have missed the call. After getting some help to climb up a ladder, we discovered that the damage was not new leakage but old leakage, since it was completely dry. The concern is, we paid cash and should have at least a 12 month warranty, however, since they cannot find a record of the work, the warranty is of no value. Beware when paying for a large project with cash and get a valid receipt. The sales person was supposed to come pick up the payment but he did not show up and had us pay the work crew. I am assuming everything got to where is needed to be since they have no record of the work.

The work went very well as expected. Their pricing was fair, and I would highly recommend them.

They repaired what another company did not do right. You can tell that staff has done roofing work for many, many years. They are excellent. They respond to all my calls. They also removed the old patch. This was such an unusual job because the leak went through the walls where in addition had been added to the home. The original home is a one story where as the addition is two stories. They also located a problem with the pool decks drain against the house that was never caulked as it should have been originally. This was causing water to drain into the hallway as well as under the house.

Not only did they contact me quickly and professionally they actually showed up and did a great job. My roof looks brand new. I was very very happy with the service and the contact with the owner. I highly recommend this company for your roof . Cleaning will prolong the life. My eight year old roof looks as good as the first day it went on. They covered my plants, cleaned the roof and cleaned up after themselves. I even hired them to replace some things on my roof that the squirrels had eaten! You won't regret working with this company. Honest,

Bobby showed up on time to do estimate. He was very professional and explained/educated me to what was going to happen. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and expertise so I scheduled a date to start work a few days later. Bobby and his assistant were on time and got to work laying down tarps & wetting down plants around the house to protect them from the cleaning agent. A couple of hours later he was done & my roof (11 yrs old) looked like I just had it put on. It's been a week & the roof looks even better after a couple of rain storms & none of my plants or landscaping we're affected. I had him touch up some vents w/paint & truly got a fantastic result! I would highly recommend them to friends, neighbors & I would use them again! Great job Bobby.

I hired Bobbie after reading the company rating on Angies list. True to previous review posted by Angies members, Bobbie was punctual and was very professional. I had some previous work done on my roof and shared this information with Bobbie. I did request if he could look over the work as I as layman really don?t know if the work was done correctly or not. I am no roof expert. Needless to say Bobbie did look over the previous work and stated ?the work was good?. This would have been a great opportunity for Booby to make extra money by stating that the previous work was poor and give me a song and a dance that he could fix the ?problem?. I recognized this was an honest person and someone who I will be calling to clean my patio annually. They cleaned my patio furniture and even some of the weeds that were popping out from cracks on the floor. I did not ask for that service, but it tells you that this is a company that is willing to go the extra mile to please their client. I would not say they are cheap; however it?s the old adage ?you get what you paid for?. I would certainly recommend this company to my friends in the neighbor and to the reviewer who is reading this post.

We agreed on him coming on Wednesday and he called to say he could do the job earlier than anticipated. So he actually came on Tuesday and did a fabulous job. The house looks like it got a paint job compared to how it looked before he washed it, including my back patio. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof and house pressure washed. Even my neighbors saw the difference.

They arrived on time asked if we had any final questions and then went right to work. They worked quietly and when they were complete with the roof they cleaned out my gutters as well. My roof is a lighter color under trees and was about 8-10 years old, so it was very stained. It now looks brand new! I will call them again!!! Very professional!!!

This company is AWESOME!!! I called and spoke with receptionist at office who was extremely helpful. She got me setup for an Appt. for Bobby to come out give me an estimate. Bobby came right out we went over what I wanted done he give me an awesome price!He is very professional and respectful and does what the homeowner wants done! I was very Happy with the job. This company is very professional and very punctual. He told me a time he would be here to start job and actually showed up 10 minutes early. He let me know he was starting job and would get with me when job was finished. Which was one reason I went with this company because they asked for no money up front. They Cleaned my roof and my gutters and made them look awesome! And then also pressure washed my house and driveway just the way I wanted it. I would recommend this company to anyone!!! My house looks new thanks to their Professional cleaning!!!!!!! Thanks West Orange roof cleaning inc. you did Awesome!!!!

Awesome Job.. They came out on time, used the materials and proper equipment as listed on the contract. Was very cautious with things I asked of them to be with. Pressure washed our driveway and got rid of all rough areas in which made our driveway look new again. The side walk was eat up with a algae, mold residue that I thought it would be impossible to clean, but just like the driveway, it too looked like new after all was done. On the roof, I was worried that if there was too much pressure being applied that there would be damage to the shingles, but when talking to the owner, he assured me that the pressure being used was ok. Again all the rust, mold look that was on the roof came off and looks new again. After everything was done, the guys cleaned up and left no trash behind. Very professional crew. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything pressure cleaned or roof installation. There's not many times now a days you can actually count on companies to do what they said they were going to do, and dare to go the extra mile to make a customer happy, but I can honestly say, that there is at least 1 out there, and that's West Orange Roofing and Cleaning Inc. Thanks so much guys:)
