Sean Griffith of Platinum Trashout Service has been the best contractor of worked with so far. I am an new, absentee home owner of an older house in the Historic District of the Villages. As such I'm at a great disadvantage when working with contractors. Sean Griffith as been very helpful someone in a position of disadvantage like I am when having to operate "blind" and long distance like I have to. - I asked for an Insurance Certificate, and Sean provided one; he's the only contractor so far who answered that request. - I called Sean to do another job that I was being pressured long-distance into doing, and I had a frank and helpful discussion with Sean about what my alternatives really were, and it led to a better and less expensive understanding of what my old-house renovation options really were, as oppose to what others were trying to pressure me into buying. If you new to home ownership and are being pressured into expensive renovation projects, you might do well to have Sean come out a just talk to you about what others are telling you to do -- a 'second opinion' of sorts. - Sean came out and did a job for me, and -- of great value to an absentee owner -- he also provided before/after of the job -- a very helpful communication aid for the absentee owner.

The service call went very well. Mr. Griffith (owner) arrived on time and went to work immediately. The work didn't take long to complete and he was friendly and we talked a little while he was working. He tested both toilets after completing the work to make sure that they were filling appropriately, etc. We also discussed a couple of other things that I had questions about and he gave me some advice on how to maintain them and what to look for when it comes time to replace one of the systems in my home.

It was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, went right to work, followed instructions and did a great job.
