Employees are nice but because of the company's apparent policies the cleaning is not thoroughly done.
Description of Work: Bathroom floor is not cleaned especially behind toilets or baseboards. Do not dust under beds or shelves and table tops unless nothing on them

I hired the company a month ago to do the entire house, they spent 4 hours there but neglected to do the things listed above. Code Enforcement noted the things and I called the company back to accomplish the things not done. At this time I added the front porch sweeping as there was dirt and bugs there. The Company did not take into consideration the things that were not finished on the last visit and chaged me as if I was a completely new client with a one time house cleaning. I did not get a discount for being a former client.
Description of Work: The service performed was to clean the garage, sweep the front porch, clean out uder the kitchen sink and vacuum the floors. I also asked that the window sills be cleaned and the tops of the windows where the locks are be cleaned off.
