It was necessary to coordinate with Comcast is setting up the Internet network, WiFi, Netflix and Pandora, which this service provider included in the installation and set up. Overall, the whole process was very professional as everything was explained in detail to make sure I knew what each procedure was about during the installation and set up process. Special emphasis was made to make sure I understood the operating configuration of the equipment for each source of programming. Overall, I feel that the whole experience was professional and quite knowledgeable as to the proper set up of my home entertainment system. In my opinion it was first rate both technically and personally.
Description of Work: The technician provided comprehensive service to set up my table top flat screen high definition TV home theatre to include surround sound, blue tooth player, and internet modem. This included all necessary cabling and set up of WiFi, Netflix and Pandora. A detailed demonstration and review of the instructions for the proper use of the remote controls related to all equipment was provided as well.
