Clean and Seal Brick Pavers

A week to 10 days went by and no one called. I called again and was told "we haven't forgotten about you" and they would call after they spoke to the person from the factory. No one ever called me back to this day ( April 4th )!

A service that should have taken two days over a week's span took twelve weeks to complete. A complete novice was sent to our house the first day, and he not only cracked, scraped, and chipped numerous pavers but was unable to level them. After complaining, we were told they had fired the employee. This should not be our problem, so we waited. During the next visit, the pavers were sealed and we were told someone would return to level the pavers, repair the broken pavers, and then distribute the sand. We called several times to express our dissatisfaction and were assured they would be back since not completing a job is not how they do business. When they did return more than a month later (after his vacation, his med procedure, and a local hurricane recovery), they did repair the pavers and put some sand in to the areas that they had repaired. We have had the patio serviced in the past and have always had the service performed in this sequence: leveling, pressure washing, sand, and sealer. Why this experienced company chose to do the work out of sequence is baffling, because the flaws show in the end result. We now have numerous paver areas without sand (even with my having to point out areas on the final day), sealant not over the joints to help hold the sand, and pavers not quite level. They left me the remainder of a bag of sand and said to fill it in where needed. Excuse me, but we just paid to have this done to complete satisfaction. By the end of the final day, I had had enough and just wanted to cut our losses. We would not be able to recommend this company.

The work was performed in a satisfactory manner. Although the sealing could have been done better.

They have been nothing but nasty to me. They have done work twice with them, but now they are saying they don't service my area, they say it took me 3 years to call about issues with my pavement, but I've been calling and no one has ever come out. They accused me of having someone else do work on it, but I was out of the house and have medical records to prove I was unavailable, and they even have documentation that I was not living in the home on their letterhead at the time they accuse me of having other work done. I go out of state to see my doctors, so its impossible for me to bring someone else out for that job when I am gone. They have botched the job twice for me now, and the person I spoke to was combative, even saying "if you have a problem call my lawyer". How can you do business this way??? If you want to stay in business another 26 years, you need to treat your customers right and follow through on what you say you will and not tell them to call your lawyer. For what it's worth I've called him.

The job went well initially and the sealer looks nice. The problem is there are many areas where they did not sand it and fill the gaps of the pavers before sealing it. When I asked them about it, they asked if I would fill in the gaps with sand myself. I just want them to come back out and sand the areas they missed and reseal it correctly.

I am very pleased with the result. Dennis provided an estimate of the work, and I signed a contract on 14 July. I believe the estimated cost was fair and reasonable. He was courteous and explained the work details very well agreeing to do all that I requested. He returned with his team on the scheduled date for the first stage, the repairs to the pavers. This was a large job complicated by daily summer rains. During the work time, Dennis made a special trip to find a different grout that would more closely match the pool bull nose bricks grout. The leveling and repair job was completed with two trips, and the uneven pavers were even again. I was very happy to have the pool deck looking and feeling level again. Dennis and his team followed up with cleaning/power washing the entire paver area inside and outside the screen house. They did an excellent job all within the contracted price. The only problem we had was with the weather. We needed 2-3 consecutive days of no rain to be certain the pavers were dry enough for the sealant. This took a number of weeks. During the wait period, Dennis and his team came to the house (after 2 days of no rain) and tested the pavers for moisture. Since the pavers were still too damp, they advised waiting for 3 consecutive dry days. After 3 dry days in a row finally happened, the sealant job was completed (on a Saturday morning which I appreciated since it was not a regular work day) . The communication and responsiveness of this company was superb. Mavis called me frequently to give me status and was always courteous when I called with questions - even as early as 7 AM in the morning . The bottom line result is beautiful. The pool deck looks like it did when it was new. When it rained the next day, water beaded up on the pavers which I have not seen for quite awhile.

We met with the owner, Denver. He was very knowledgeable, and showed us how the process would work with the products he used. We are elated at the outcome, they look brand new (they are 10 yrs old). I highly recommend these amazing folks hands down! They do what they say and the communication and updates were most welcomed. A real blessing to the beauty of our home curb appeal!! :-)

Did a great job on the repair. Clean and sealing, it seems as an owner you can never get it as clean as you want it so this is where I deducted on quality. There were though the best deal out of 4 estimates.

I have a walkway that is made of pavers and it is difficult to get anyone to clean and seal due to the smaller size. Its just under 400 Sq Ft. They did an excellent job and were very responsive, friendly and want to ensure the job is done correctly. I would recommend and use them again. The pavers are about 12 years old and were looking dull and faded. Now they look great and repel water beautifully!

They did paver repair for me and it was perfect. They were supposed to clean pavers and they did a very poor job of that. When they came back and they tried to get me to pay additional $5500 after I signed the original contract to have them clean the pavers, which I declined and told them no and I would not do. I bought my own pressure washer and I bought my own chemicals and I cleaned up after them. I then went them supposedly complete their contract but they were supposed to sand the pavers they did a horrible job of that. They also were supposed to put down two coats of sealer and I believe they only put down one coat, which I am intending to call them back again to confirm what they were supposed to seal all the pavers with and assuming that what he told me he was going to use is what he used and there is no way he put down two coats because we have done some research on the internet and determined that they were supposed to wait four hours between the first coat and second coat and they were here for about two-and-a-half hours so there was no place, there was no time to wait four hours between the two coats. We would not use them again.
