 + -1 moreI understand that he doesn't want to make a service call for a switch that really doesn't matter, but I wish he would tell us if he will ever return.
Description of Work: The washer was not cycling properly. He replaced the circuit board. He didnot have one with him, so he had to order it from the manufacturer, he returned in a week to fix it. It works, but we found another switch that was malfunctioning. He didnot have one of these either, and promised to return with a good one. He never did.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive. They came out in 2 days and evaluated the problem. They ordered the part and put it in efficiently. The price was reasonable and I was quite pleased with their performance.

 + -1 moreVery knowledgeable in his work. Provided helpful hints on future purchases. He was prompt and professional. And...he actually returns phone calls!
Description of Work: Diagnosis of washing machine leak. The end result was only a clogged hose. The clog was removed and only a service charge resulted. While it did take two service calls to correctly diagnose, he only charged us for one. As always, when you're trying to repeat the problem with the technician present, the problem doesn't always occur. This is what happened on the first call.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HE FIXED IT PROMPTLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, MADE JOKES AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE WHILE HE WAS HERE.
Description of Work: THEY WERE REPAIRING MY OVEN. IT GOT HIT BY LIGHTNING AND FRIED THE BOARD OUT.
