Description of Work: A tricky job troubleshooting work done by previous (lisenced) electrician who left life wires in our atttic, didn't connect outlets to power, overcharged and never finished the job (though paid ahead). In short, owner Bruce walked into right mess at our home. He has been calming, cheerful, professional, and has spent many hours with us over two years helping us get everything straightened out. In short - a miracle worker. Fantastic reputable business! Quality work, conpleted in time or early.

Description of Work: We needed a number of electrical projects done and Bill came out promptly to give us an estimate. He told us he would provide and estimate but never did. He also did not return subsequent phone calls or emails. I can understand it if a contractor is not interested in the work. What I can understand is why there is no courtesy of a return phone call.

Description of Work: I used this contractor some time last year, not sure of exact date but can look it up. He gave us an estimate for 4 minor repairs at our home. Upon arrival 2 of the 4 items did not need repair, the lighting/fan was perfectly fine that he looked at in our bedroom and the fan that was making noise actually stopped when he got a ladder and touched it. He charged us extra for a part that he had on His truck, but we didn't agree that 2 of the 4 items were actually not in need of repair but were charged for anyway, plus a fee for a part.

Description of Work: He was very friendly, professional, and a great electrician. He knew what to do and went ahead with the job. He replaced a overhead lamp in our dining room that we had purchased through Lowe's online catalog.

Description of Work: They installed an electrical line from my main panel to my new swimming pool heat pump. Everything from the estimate to the completion of the job was perfect. On time and charges were exactly as estimated.

Description of Work: I called Your Electrician and set up appt with Bruce who said Thurs between 330p and 5pm would be good time for him to give estimate. I moved cabinets and TVs to give him good access to view what needed to be done. He NEVER called or showed. This is not the way to do business and he should not be on Angies list if he thinks so little of his reputation or his customers

Description of Work: The electrical mast to my mother's home was bent creating an electrical issue with the sale of the home. Other estimate from the buyer was well over $900. Bruce came out, estimated and performed the repairs needed at a cost under what he quoted. I'd hire him for my electrical needs in a minute.

Description of Work: Your Electrician came out last week and gave us an estimate to some electrical installation.

Description of Work: Pull chain broke off switch inside of bedroom ceiling fan. Fan was stuck in fast mode. Could only be switched off at breaker. Fan purchased in 1992 as a result no replacement switch available. Bruce improvised a current switch and adapted it for use within the fan. Fan now operates like new.
