He was thorough, informative, and provide his services in s very efficient manner.

One guy, took him about half an hour, maybe. When I see them, they seem to know what they're doing. You don't always see them. Sometimes they show up, do the job and leave.

They come. and I don't know they are here until they leave me a piece of paper in the door. On responsiveness, I haven't had to call them for anything specific.

The initial response was on time and very professional. When we called about the ants, they scheduled a visit the next day. They sent two technicians to treat for ants. They too were very professional and did what they needed to. So far so good. The cost was approximately $400+ annually, with no charge for visits if we see insects.

They arrived on time and completed the service.

They are respectful and considerate of my fear of pesticides, especially used in my home. I do not have the inside of my house or lanai sprayed. They do an excellent job with just spraying the outside of my house. If I do see a palmetto bug inside or in my garage, they respond quickly and treat the garage and outside with traps or baits. They very patiently answer all my questions and concerns. There is no additional charge when they come out for bug sightings. They are always responsive and do an excellent job.

This is an excellent company. Every company should be as well run. We recommend them highly.

We've used Impact in four locations since 2008. We used both their residential pest service and Sentrycon termite service. Impact provides excellent service at a cost savings compared to the national chains. Their technicians are prompt, thorough and customer centric.

Impact Pest Control inspected my house in conjunction with the sale to a new owner. They produced a report stating that the attics contained live drywood termites, and this information was passed to Magnum Termite and Pest Control, which provided an estimate of approximately $2700 for fumigation. The buyers therefore asked us to pay for fumigation. The attics had been treated with Tim-Bor only a few months earlier and were still under warranty, so I contacted the company that had done the work, and they came to the house at the same time as the inspector from Impact Pest Control to resolve the dispute. When asked to show where there were live drywood termites, the inspector could not find any. Therefore, there was no need to pay for fumigation. House sellers would be well advised to get a second opinion if this company claims to have found live termites in their homes.

I was able to schedule an appointment for pest control right away - important since I wanted to make sure to get someone in before we moved all of our household goods into the new house. Paul did a thorough job of preparing the nooks and crannies before we moved all of our stuff in. The house had been mostly vacant for some time, so there was definitely a need to reestablish control! Offered good advice on what to look out for and how best to prevent future issues. We had some ghost ants that had established themselves in a few areas - they're notoriously tricky to get rid of, but when I called back a few days later when I spotted a new area, they sent someone out the same day to do a little extra treatment and prevention. Really happy with the service so far, and I will definitely stay with them for regular maintenance visits. This is also the company I hired to do my home inspection prior to purchase.

I've been using Impact for about 8 years. I've used them for interior pest control as well as exterior pest control and lawn care. Tom, who takes care of the lawn is extremely knowledgeable about all the critters that can attack our Florida lawns. Matt, who takes care of the pest control for the house is also very on top of things and is quick to respond when we have an issue. I highly recommend this company.

Things went very well. I contacted them and they explained their service and cost per treatment. I set up a date for the first treatment. Tech arrived on time on the scheduled day and performed the service. Customer service was excellent and they keep you informed. I will continue to have them do future treatments every 3 months. I would recommend this company!

I have used Impact Pest Prevention for at least 10 years and they are great. Tom is a very knowledgeable entomologist and does yearly termite inspections for us. I especially like that he does "spot" treatments when a few termites turn up. I don't ever want to tent my house and fill it with poison! I just purchased a subterranean termite bait system and am very happy with it so far. Everyone at Impact is professional, knowledgeable and timely. They are also very accommodating to schedule around my schedule, which I appreciate. Dan was out this past visit to get rid of "ghost ants," which were very difficult to get rid of. After the first service, they found their way through another opening and Dan came back out to spray that area for no charge. He finally got the little critters. I highly recommend Impact Pest!
