We have used Impact for over 15 years with great success. Whenever they are called for a problem they were there to resolve matter. They come highly recommended by us. Also clean dryer when needed.

At first they were good, came out when called to address my ant problem. As time progressed they became very unresponsive. Would take at least one week to get a response from them. Under their care my ant problem has spread from two rooms on a single floor to 5 rooms on two floors.

So far so good. Still have 3 more weeks to go. Rats chewed through the one access point but it was resealed. Hope to have resolution.

I just bought a home in Oldsmar & I used them for my inspection. They were accommodating to our schedule & arrived promptly. Troy did the inspection & everything checked out. He even let me know where he saw a little water damage around some of the trim. Best part: I was able to schedule via text!!!

Absolutely great. Treatment very effective. In my opinion, Impact Pest Elimination is the best and most trustworthy company around for all aspects of their services. As a realtor, over the last 13 years, they have performed Termite Inspections....not once was a client of mine dissatisfied with their service. Very professional from the time you contact them to the techs, to the written reports. Reasonable and efficient service in a timely manner!!! They are the PRO's!!

They are very friendly and thorough. The first time they sprayed inside and out. After that they come quarterly to spray outside around the house. They also brush the bugs off my house. We back up to the woods and have oak trees so there are a lot of pests that attach to the siding. I'm always trying to kill the wasps that constantly build nests under the soffits and around windows so I was very happy when the service guy told me he found some (that I didn't see) and got rid of them. I would recommend them.

Good interface with the salesman who came to home. Terrific pricing, compared to other quotes for annual treatments. Technician was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable and proceeded to do a thorough job.
