+ -1 moreThe owners, Gaylen Hilderbrand and Daryl Lipka began this project of resurfacing and retiling spa that was supposed to take 2 weeks . It is now 3 months later and the job is still not complete. The resurfacing of the pool was done nicely. The tile work was horrendous, crooked and misaligned. Very nice gentleman but very unprofessional workmanship. Look elsewhere. You may pay more but I'm sure you will get better quality.
Description of Work: Resurfacing of pool, replacing pavers and coping around pool, retiling spa area.

+ -1 moreThese gentlemen took an 34 year old pool, full of muck and mire and restored it BEAUTIFULLY. Some 11 years ago, my husband drained the pool as it was leaking badly. We were putting in 4 hours of water DAILY. After he drained it, he did nothing to it. It sat empty for 10 years, until the rains, muck, mire, leaves, etc filled it almost half-way. I consulted several Pool and Spa renovators on Angie's List who gave me ridiculous estimates, 2-3 times what I paid! Tarpon Springs Investments was called in, as I was informed they renovated the pools at a local residential/vacation condo area. We signed a contract, they brought in a crew, and completed the pool with 2-3 weeks. They located all leaks, stapled bad areas and redid the pool. It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, and NO LEAKAGE! In addition, they came by, on and off, for 3 months to check the saline and chlorine levels for me. I have since hired them as my pool service. I am paying them just about what it cost me 11 years ago to take care of the pool myself.
Description of Work: These gentlemen took an old pool, full of muck and mire AND HUGE LEAKS and renovated my 34 year old pool.... BEAUTIFULLY! They located all leaks, stapled bad areas and redid the pool interior with "Marquise". They removed the old coping and replaced it with pavers....easy to replace if necessary. Glad to be rid of the whole dirty mess! AND, MY 'NEWLY RENOVATED POOL IS ABSOLUTELY SPARKLING BLUE AND BEAUTIFUL! And, they actually try to save you money.! They took my old pump and sand filter, checked them both out, determined they were still good, cleaned them up, and they are working perfectly. In addition, they came by, on and off, for 3 months to check the saline and chlorine levels for me....as I am completely inept with these new concepts. I hired them as my pool service. I am completely pleased with ALL PHASES OF THEIR WORK. They are extremely responsible, professional, punctual, and "Men of Their WORD"! I have nothing but praises for them, their crew, their word , and their work. It's exciting to know that they do other construction/renovation work, too. I'd call them in a second for anything I need done. I give my word that I have never known of either Galen or Darrell before I met them for my pool concerns nor did I know anything about their business, Tarpon Springs Investments, before I met them for my pool concerns.
