What nice professional men! I feel they went above and beyond for me. I used them about six months ago and they rectified my rodent problem quickly. The a few a days ago I noticed a new rodent problem and called them they came out same day fixed the problem where the rat came in. They searched my garage for the dead rat, but mt garage has too much stuff in it . They did offer to come back if I needed them too. They are the best!

They never got the animal i was trying to get out of my house. They trapped another animal outside the house . Animal is still in the house. They never came back.

I feel like wrapping the perimeter area to prevent further rodent entry is maybe a little out of their wheelhouse. Live trap, as stated on invoice, was not set around perimeter. This was included in the estimate at $0.00 charge, just was not done. Maybe it was determined whatever was getting under the mobile home was not going there, I don't know because communication was not very good. Patrick and David were very kind and courteous to this old lady. Communication between the two of them seemed to be confused, in turn communication, or lack of, with me was confusing. Apparently they are great at the insulation part of their business.

David and Patrick were very professional and honest with my project. They provided me with an estimate, and completed the blown in insulation in just a few hours. They also cleaned up after completing the work. I would recommend this company to everyone! Thanks Ratman from Ray in Spring Hill

I paid up front and have not heard back been over a week said he would install skirting around my home I will call him and see why itâ s taking so long and of course the invoice said 30 day control nothing about skirting but the conversation said different. I am so gullible.

Timely application of insulation, great service

These two young men rescued the reputation of a nationwide pest control service. Specifically, my former service was called out three times to handle a problem this year. On two occasions thy said they would need to get a contractor out to handle the problem, and a third that there was no problem. Result, dead raccoon stuck in the sub-floor and house with hundreds of flies. My previous company called Ratman Rodent Removal to handle a problem they created. In about two hours they had come, found the problem, and identified the intrusion location. The next morning bright and early they took care of all necessary repairs around the entire house. Fast, efficient, excellent service, friendly and professional sums up the quality of this company!

So happy we found Ratman Rodent Removal when we realized that we had a problem with squirrels in our attic. Patrick, David and Josh were extremely courteous, respectful and professional. Wish there were more companies like this. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a dead possum under my house that smelled horrible and was attracting flies. I called them at 930am on a Sunday and by 1030am the job was complete and for half the price other companies quoted me. Patrick was punctual, professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again.

Wow! Where do I begin...I was battling a "rat issue" in my attic for 9 months. I went through 3 other pest control companies and spent $2,500 to $3,000 in trapping and exclusion work. Unfortunately none of the services were able to resolve the issue. I was about to give up hope when I decided to contact Patrick at Rat Rodent Removal as a last ditch effort. Patrick and David responded quickly and ensured me he would do a through inspection of the attic area(something other services and trappers wouldn't do) . They arrived at my home and upon introduction I knew I was dealing with professionals who actually care and not just in it for a "quick buck". Patrick did exactly what he said he was going to do as he meticulously went through the entire attic to include areas I was unable to access. Patrick located a fairly obscure cut vent pipe and was able to identify the problem area. Patrick and David quickly fixed the problem and ensured the area was clean. They identified the problem areas and were able to fully resolve the issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Patrick and David. These guys are true professionals who are determined to solve the issue. If I would have called Ratman Rodent Removal in the first place I would have saved $3,000 and a tremendous amount of headaches and sleepless nights.
