Description of Work: They came out in Saturday the fuse kept blowing on the left side of the house. They found the problem corrected the issue within a half hour and didn't charge the after hour emergency fee.

Description of Work: Had a non-functioning ceiling fan that I believed needed to be replaced. Called them to hang a new fan. After evealuating the situation the electrician determined there was a loose wire in the switch and that I didn't need a new fan! Great service! Will definitely use again...

Description of Work: Randy was very responsive after I called Electric Inc. on a Saturday afternoon due to an electrical problem in our garage. He found the problem, fixed the problem, then, because it was something minor, charged us a very reasonable fee. I would definitely call them again. He came, was prompt, and was thorough in his investigation. He listened to what I had to say. His price was extremely reasonable. He's very professional and prompt in answering calls. He was very explicit in what I had to do because he couldn't do everything (plumbing work for example.)

I gave her an estimate over the phone, not to exceed 150 dollars,. She said don't you want to come out and look at it first, I said I've hung hundreds of fans and that I didn't need to come out to look at it. What some people don't understand is the estimate is free if you don't get the job but the time going out to an estimate is usually add into the price of the job! It's not that I wasn't interested in the job, I didn't need to see what I already knew. Even if it took more time and materials then I figured that would have been my loss not hers, as I gave her a price Not-to-Exceed. If I went out to estimate every job I woud have to raise my prices to all customers to pay for my time not working. I have been a master electrician for 30 years now, I know how long things take to install and what they cost. I'm sorry she felt that I was not Interested.
